We are building a new house and needed help with TVs and installation. Sam helped us all the way and made sure all products were readily available and at best prices. Sam gets an A+ from us.

Installed ring doorbell and cameras. Synced with Alexa. New WiFi and switch. Despite system troubles, which turned out to be not related to the Geek Squad work, Everything now works fine. Techs and Billy stayed with me until the system problem(modem) was resolved.

Mr. Wong was very helpful in my new dishwasher buying process. Currently, I'm supporting my husband and take care of his well being. He made the buying process very easy, not needed my presence @ the store. For this, I give him 5 stars. Thanks

Jerome Davis is a fantastic consultant with all of the appliances! He’s great at coordinating everything and kept me informed of all of the deliveries, status checks, etc. He’s actually spoiled me to this service and I don’t think I could shop without his assistance again! Lol

Our best Best Buy rep is Kelsey Patterson. We have bought numerous appliances from him and he is always very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. I look forward to working with him in the future and I know that he will be a great rep to work with as always.

Stephen Stanley is the best. I have been buying appliances, computer, TV set, etc with his help since 2004. Despite he moves out of Chicago, he is still the person I go to when I need anything from Best Buy. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Once again the Geek Squad was awesome. They set up my CD changer and taught me how to use it. They were professional and extremely nice.

Michael Feit came to evaluate a new TV setup. He was very helpful in determining the new setup and what we would need for the new TV. He was knowledgably and friendly. It was worth our while to have him come before we had the TV delivered and installed. I highly recommend him.
