After expert consultation with Bryan, Geek Squad came out, made the necessary fixes and took care of the problems. One thing needed a return visit but both consultant and squad member came at my convenience and addressed the issue immediately.

We needed help with making a choice for a washer and dryer. Our service consultant (Nathan) was very informative and helped us to make our final decision. We felt very confident upon leaving the store.

I can’t recall a time I’ve ever reviewed a big box store service, but uh...honestly? Steve was awesome. Truly awesome. He was knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge, he was efficient. Just an all around cool guy too. Best Buy should look to Steve for best practices.

Our Best Buy agent Glen Balagna’s presentation was very well organized and thorough. Answered all questions and made reasoned recommendations. Very knowledgeable professional in his field.

We wanted cameras installed at our home. We weren't sure how many we needed and where they would be installed. Mr. Avalos came to our house and explained about the cameras we wanted and how much it would to buy/ install. We are pleased with the consultation.
