I just moved to Virginia and needed assistance in assessing the best set up for my TV and audio system. Elianny was outstanding in her consultation and advice. She put no pressure on me to buy something that I didn’t need. Her support before and after the sale was second to none.

Got the help I needed at the store when I was having trouble with home delivery of refrigerator and microwave. I came into the store very dissatisfied with my online help experience. Kris looked into the issue and resolved it in minutes.

They were great. Had to remove refrigerator doors and stuff, but got everything back in order. Explained the workings of it. The water filter and air cleaner, where they are and how to change. Really great.

Ryan was helpful to work with while I was purchasing my stereo. He was knowledgeable and informative. However, once I got the equipment delivered, he was not helpful in answering any questions that I had. While I was buying my equipment, he answered my texts but once the sale was completed it was very difficult to get any help from him or for him to answer my questions.

We needed thoughts, suggestions and assistance with having our home made to be a SMART HOME. Donterrio was the Perfect consultant to listen to us, to probe us, to put together a viable proposal for us based on our needs and desires, and our budget.

Technician was able to pin point the problem and prevented me from having to replace the security cameras which were still in working condition.
