Danny has been very helpful to us as we set up our home theater. He is always available and made several trips to our home to assist with the setup problems. He is great to work with and we appreciate all he is doing to get all technology working in our home.

Christopher was polite, professional and patient. Trying to help a non- Geek person like me is not easy, but he even came back to my house the next day to make sure I could work the equipment. He genuinely cared and his attitude made me comfortable.

Nate and his Geek Squad team did a thorough job. We needed to upgrade our TVs at a rental property. It involved mounting (on the wall) 11 smart TVs, connecting Receivers and additional equipment with a Universal remote. They did a terrific job!

She was super knowledgeable and customer-friendly. We are SO glad we had availability of your consulting service. We chose a great TV and really like it. One minor point though was this: we bought an antenna but later learned Best Buy could not install it. We returned the antenna and hired someone else for the install.

Stephen was extremely helpful and exceeded all my expectations. I hadnt had to shop for a tv in 7 years, so he brought me up to speed and explained my choices in a way that was easy to understand. I remaon a loyal Best Buy customer because of amazing people like Stephen.

William was great, he heard my needs and provided perfect recommendations. While my wife and I decided to hold off on a new TV for now, the home networking products he recommended were really easy to install and have created a significantly faster wifi experience at home!

I haven't had such good customer service in years. The first sales associate listened to us and evaluated our needs and then went and got someone more knowledgeable. Then that associate came to the house to evaluate the installation.

Jorge demonstrated great customer service skills and had excellent product knowledge. He made the process so easy and comfortable.

Michael DID A GREAT JOB. However, we're back to a volume control problem and can't change the volume without going to the receiver and doing it manually. It did work when he left but the next day it was a problem again. I need another appointment with a technician as soon as possible. Joe Dentz

I always buy my appliances from Best Buy. I like the no interest financing option. Mike from Pacific Home helped me select all my appliances. I relied on his expertise and recommendations and I couldn't be happier with my purchases.

Highly recommend the In-Home Service if it's available in your area. The Consultant came out to my home and provided me with great Tech options to make everything more easy to deal with and make the home "functional" via mobile app. I went with Samsung SmartThings and now can control just about everything in the home - security, temp, lighting, etc.

Hashem was great. He spent time going through my requirements at our challenging house and property. He then made a recommendation, with the best price in mind. The solution was installed and worked great.
