I was looking for a new tv and a new laptop for the longest while. My wife is a principal at a local private school and wanted to get a Macbook Pro. Our Bestbuy advisor was able to address all our needs, meet our demands for quality and price, answer all technical questions and even upsold us on accessories we didn't even think about or know we needed. Our Bestbuy advisor even went so far as to price match Apple's prices as well as other well known competitors. Our experience with Bestbuy and our Bestbuy advisor only solidified our reasons for continuing to support Bestbuy as long as we have.

Premier Logistics team of measuring and another team of installing did a very professional job. We bought a new Cafe oven that before installing, the opening of the cytomegalovirus cabinets had to be enlarged a bit. Carlos Ramos & Carlos did a perfect job. They installed it just right and they were very polite. I would hire again!

Lou was great. He came and was professional. Gave us 3 choices - as height and depth played a very big part for that decision. I wanted to see what I was purchasing. I held off ordering and Covid 19 happened. I decided in July to purchase them. After the initial visit to our house whenever I called Lou answered all my questions - which were many. Both look beautiful in the kitchen. Fit well. Very pleased with the purchase. Would definitely call him if I need help again and would definitely purchase again from Best Buy. Ben Abert makes shopping a pleasure. He knows his products well and goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you need. If something goes wrong, he immediately takes care of it. With Matt Baker's expert consultation, we selected an outdoor TV, soundboard, and mounting component that were a perfect fit for our sunroom. Matt is a professional who was prompt, and advised with cost and efficiencies in mind, which we really appreciated.

Alex is simply amazing. No sales pressure. Listened to what we needed. Gave us multiple options. We had several delays from our home builder and Alex navigated each of them professionally and friendly. The entire Best Buy team was amazing. Will definitely buy from Alex again and refer business to them.

Magnolia assembled and set up my home theater system. Service included furniture assembly, wire concealment, ensuring everything was visually correct, calibrated properly and instructing me on how to use it all. Service took 3 guys (Carlos, Lucas, Vince) nearly 7 hours to complete. They were considerate, polite, and very helpful, answering any questions I had along the way. There work was thorough and they left everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend them for any A/V or network install/set up needs. About 2 weeks into it now without a hiccup. Thanks guys

Lead tech was very Knowledgeable. Explained how things were going to work. Work was done professionally. They reviewed and followed my check list. I would have liked to spend more time reviewing the functions and operation however. There is a lot to learn. I did find that a couple HDMI cables were in the wrong ports when I attempted to turn different functions on. We didn't spend any time testing everything out.

Mr. Nish Patel is the most compassionate person I have ever dealt with. He helped me find the perfect refrigerator and constantly checked to make sure everything was running smoothly. He found the perfect solutions to any of my concerns. Thank you again Nish!

We needed high end appliances. Had already visited a few other stores to get estimates. Eu-John understood our needs and patiently explained our options. He provided a competitive estimate and offered us fantastic financing options. Highly recommended.

After evaluating the Total Tech Support program I was very impressed and purchased a one year subscription to obtain the many great discounts on products and service. I scheduled a visit with an In Home Adviser (IHA) to discuss a home security system with cameras outside. My IHA was just great, his name is Frank K. He really knew Best Buy's product line and in short order, after carefully listening to my needs, Frank proposed a system that met my needs exactly. I purchased the system and Geek Squad installation right there at my kitchen table. I feel confident that any time I need Best Buy equipment for my home, I can contact Frank for honest and accurate advise.

Eryn is wonderful to work with and I have had several interactions/ appointments with him over the past two years. He is patient and he listens to you to figure out how you can accomplish your goals without pressuring you to buy any products. I have only the highest praise for Eryn.

I’m very happy with Alexandra. She’s been very helpful. She has helped me with every step of my inside my home as far as the appliances in just bought everything I need and she does great follow up. She’s very honest and I just wanted to let you guys know you got a very hard working employee!

I needed some assistance in obtaining kitchen appliances for my Mother's home which is undergoing remodeling. Since she lives in the southern part of the state, her options were limited so I arranged for a consult at her home. Unfortunately, the location was too remote for a consultant which turned out OK since the remodel work was delayed. So, I ended up consulting over the phone and was provided with some options to consider. While doing so, I had some questions about gym equipment and ended up getting a new elliptical delivered and set. We set the first of the year to revisit the new kitchen appliances once the work was completed. She also followed up with me after the fact to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Russell McNiece is wonderful. He's amazing. So helpful with all my many questions and never impatient. He can make what seems to me a problem, easily solved. I was very reluctant to go with this part of Total Tec but I would do nothing else now. Why would I wait in line at the store with people buying appliances and taking forever with the sales person when this is available to me. In fact, if another store didn't have this, Total Tec would definitely send me to Best Buy.

John Gaquin is an excellent home specialist. We wanted to purchase a new entertainment system for our home. John came out to our house and put together a package with an OLED tv, soundbar, full motion arm, HDMi cables, and other components which we were able to purchase at Cyber Monday prices. Installed and set up by Geek Squad. John was thorough and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!

They arrived 30 minutes late from the appointment window. Drilled two 4” circles which weren’t used because they didn’t check for cross beams first. Left me with holes in the wall and a terrible patch job on the bottom whole. Drilled holes to hand the mount bracket and missed the stud. I could’ve hung the tv myself. Not sure the value of the Total Tech and wish I had just saved my money and not purchased it. Not the most personable installer either. I’m very disappointed in this experience.

Just moved into a new house that had various wires and speakers already installed. I had no idea what they were or how to drive them, but Michael came along from Best Buy and his knowledge was without limit. He made a couple of recommendations and explained to me what we needed to get the best out of the existing system and how to upgrade our existing broadband distribution. Excellent service and a charming member of the company. Highly recommend
