I was doing some upgrades to the movie room. Marcus was huge in helping getting everything set up and running. I got new speakers, a new laser projector capable of 8k, and new wires to connect everything. Movie night is now amazing.

Tyler MILLER was amazingly helpful. Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and extremely helpful teaching us the intricacies of new tech appliances. Since our old ones were 25 years old, we really needed his help.

We had difficult sized areas in which to fit our new appliances, but Michelle was a fantastic help getting it done right. Even when we had a problem, she solved it quickly. We would highly recommend her to all our family and friends.

Nemo did a great job analyzing our WIFI needs and presenting a solution before he left the premises. Nemo was very knowledgeable on WIFI but I was also impressed with other home tech issues. He made for improving our TV sound system and how we can improve security with just a WIFI doorbell. I plan to use Nemo alot in the future.

No better guy in STL tech than Juan. He is so knowledgeable, responsive and genuine. We have used his services at our company and employees homes numerous times and that isn’t changing. Thanks Juan for all your hard work in getting us in the cutting edge. More to come.

Easy to define my goals of purchasing a new tv and add Roku on four tvs in my home. After buying four Roku units only three were needed because the new tv already had Roku included with the newer model. Although three Roku units were professional installed, I have had difficulty with two of them.

Excellent level of service from the time Shawn came and went over what we might need and what was best for us until a crew of three arrived to set up our TV and computer. I could not have asked for things to have gone any better.

Richard was excellent----He fixed a 65" TV wall mounting issue which no one else at Best Buy thought could be done. We are forever in his debt.
