The consultant, Blanca was fantastic and got us everything we needed for both of the kitchen packages that we ordered. The third party delivery service was absolutely garbage. They rescheduled three times and then when they did show up the crew of four refused to place the appliances inside the house and only offered to put them in the garage. I'm not sure how they expected us to get a 600 lb refrigerator up the steps and into the house. We spent more than $30,000 and the execution of delivery by XPO will make me think twice about ordering again. Best buy isn't the only one out there with this problem unfortunately but it's what you get when you contract delivery to a 3rd party.

Reva was great. Helped me choose appliances that would fit. I appreciate all her help. It was not her fault that Best Buy never delivered my appliances on multiple scheduled deliveries. I had to cancel my order for a dishwasher and an oven.

Deron was very helpful with his ideas. We wanted to add multiple TVs to a wall and also do a full home Sonos system. He was able to give us specifics on all of the devices and even helped us pick the colors and tell us where to put the outlets.
