On a scale if 1-10 I would give Angel a 12!!!

He was most obliging and made sure of what my older sister wanted too. He helped me get the perfect gift for her and helped arrange installation. Angel did up-sell me the customer care package to cover the system fir 2 years along with any other Best Buy purchases I make during that time.

Consultation and outcome was awesome!

My consultant, Rick, and I discussed several different options and I finally decided to replace with a new Sharp microwave drawer. I absolutely love it and the installation guys did a great job, too, however, they charged me for it and Rick credited back my Best Buy account for the charge. I was very impressed with Rick's knowledge and friendliness and desire to provide great service. He was awesome.

The other appliance store said it couldn’t be done

We were told it was impossible to get the fridge up the stairs. The Best Buy consultant came out and inspected our staircase and ultimately said Best Buy can do it, and they did. We could not be happier with the fridge. Thank you, Best Buy.

Shopping made easy

Our consultant helped us choose the best model and size for our room and proposed a Sonos soundbar and subwoofer that are awesome. So happy with our purchases and so easy when getting great advice.

Excellent Customer Service

But the steps taken by my in home consultant to insure my satisfaction were extraordinary!! I reached out to Alex Mauppin immediately after my initial issue. Funny thing happened ... not only did he commit to making things right, he personally arrived at my home within 15 minutes of my call to him and completed the installation himself! No passing the ball to someone else. Sometimes things happen. What a company does to make things right when things go wrong is the best way to measure customer service. I will call Alex from now on for anything I need!!

Outstanding consultation experience

He matched our needs & wants in every aspect for a new 65" smart TV with consideration for living room & viewing area. We are both seniors & he gave us an excellent education in plain English in TV brands, models & specs. This intelligent, articulate, friendly young man made the in-home consultation quite enjoyable. In fact, if Daniel did not have living patents, we'd adopt him. He is an outstanding rep for Best Buy. Thanks for a great experience. Captain Lee Smith, USN (ret).

Appliance Delivery and Setup

Secondly, and equally important, my home set up went flawlessly. True professionals, courteous, respectful, and skilled. Thoroughly explained how everything worked to include filters. They cleaned up the packing material. Lastly, very friendly and helpful, really lovely souls. Nicely done, and thank-you.

New dishwasher

He was most helpful with measurements, advice on style, efficiencies, and button controls. He was also very patient with our numerous questions, with a smile and a gracious personality as well.

Terrific Experience - Helpful Geek Squad!

Arthur and his partner came out and were on time and courteous. They installed the TV carefully and exactly as I requested. They were patient and showed me how everything worked before leaving. I had a great experience with Home Expert and will definitely use the service again. Thanks!

Helping out a senior citizen set up Ring account

The counter Geek Squad representative solved the problem and now both my husband and I can check on our phones to see what is going on at the front door. We are senior citizens and sincerely appreciate the help we receive at Best Buy!

Jason gave me a great recommendation to go with Sonos equipment and go WiFi. I was confident in buying the Sonos sound system, even though it was expensive, after my consultation with Jason. The sound system sounds great, We are very pleased with our sound system.

Streaming is good

Eduardo was exceptionally smart & professional

Having not purchased a TV for 15 years, we were somewhat confused about the new features and technology. Eduardo answered our endless questions and helped us choose the right TV. We have returned to the store twice with follow up questions and he was so helpful. His customer service and professionalism far exceed anything I’ve experienced in recent memory.

The individuals putting in the refrigerator were great. The 3rd party who installed the stove and dishwasher were fantastic, excellent, I would seek them out if I needed a appliances again

Would Deinitely Recommend

Lots of time spent to explain devices and technology. Price matched for best price if it was not on sale in the store. In the end, we are very happy with the products that we purchased, and we are more confident in our understanding of new technology. Upgraded our wifi to a Eero mesh network, purchased a Ring doorbell, Logitech Harmony remote, Sony blu-ray DVD player, Denon receiver and Sony 65" TV, and integrated our owned surround sound system. Installation teams were knowledgeable and prompt. Very happy with products and consultation process

Home Theatre Setup - My review

We have had some hurdles during the entire process, but the way Eryn handled it without much pressure on customer is worth mention. Can’t thank enough for suggesting a great device like screen, projector, sound system… etc. Highly recommended to go with Eryn.

Bestbuy customer service sucks, except at intial p
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cant believe that this survey was sent to me after the horrible experience i currently have with best buy.i had a site survey which is suppose to tell you what you need BEFORE buying a product, and i was not told that i needed anything on my end for the installation of the dishwasher, when the installers came i knew they were going to gove me trouble because of a prior horrible installation they had did the day before for my hood vent which i told them they needed to chanhe to old coil and they refused to do it and now some substance has ruined my brand new 1500.00 stove because whater it is is hardened and wont come off without scratching my brand new stove, also instead of using proper materials to close the hole they created, they used SILVER TAPE,so needless to say i wasnt happy so when the SAME installers came the nwxt day, i knew some drama would occur,they claimed my valve was rusted and it is not, but now i have to pay a plumber 250.00 to replace even though my plumber says its not ruated as the best buy installer claimed, but anyway my kitchen is half done, the holiday has passed and would have been nice to have a completed kitchen as i also purchaed new washer dryer and refrigerator and stove, so i called to speak with store manager Darion who was not helpful, does not listen, and takes no responsibility, had i been told during the site survey conducted by bestbuy in my home that i needed pipes replaced, i could have did that several weeks ago, but instead my time energy etc has been wasted, and he kept referring me to customer support center of which i had to tell him literraly 10 times ive already contacted them and they were suppose to call me back in 25 houts and hwre we are another week later and no call ,Bestbuy takes no responsibility for their 3rd party vendor installation ,no responsibility for wasting my time, just give you the run around when problems arise, he refused to offer any store credit or giftcard or credit on dishwasher, instead he repeatedly ignored me and kept repeating over and over to call the same department that has not helped me, BUYER BEWARE

The consultant solves our problem!

We had an awkward start with Besy Buy when we were told the Geek Squad person was on vacation and would call us the following Monday. He did not. By the end of the week I tried calling back and could not reach a live person or push a button that would connect me to someone! I had to make another visit to the store and was finally called by a Gwek Squad person from your Holland store. He came out, was polite and proficient and our internet problem was resolved with a new router and two “webs”.
