We have been looking for a TV to replace ours which broke. Having not purchased a TV for 15 years, we were somewhat confused about the new features and technology. Eduardo answered our endless questions and helped us choose the right TV. We have returned to the store twice with follow up questions and he was so helpful. His customer service and professionalism far exceed anything I’ve experienced in recent memory.

I purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge from Best Buy. First excellent LG products. Secondly, and equally important, my home set up went flawlessly. True professionals, courteous, respectful, and skilled. Thoroughly explained how everything worked to include filters. They cleaned up the packing material. Lastly, very friendly and helpful, really lovely souls. Nicely done, and thank-you.

The in-home consult employee was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a system that would enhance the sound equipment and TIVO recording device we already had. The following installation by the two Best Buy employees was very professional and the installation turned out exactly like we agreed upon during the consultation.

The Home Expert measured the space accurately allowing for the geothermal unit that was near the entrance door, ensuring workers would be able to clear area without damaging the unit while conducting the washer and dryer install. Consultant also took in our stature while helping us pick models that would be easily accessible for us.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad! Loren and his helper were awesome! Very patient with my questions and took time to show me how to operate my new T.V. I didn't get the name of his helper but both were great. They made sure that they cleaned everything after install above my fireplace. They explained every thing and assured me of support and numbers for help if I needed. I was impressed with how comfortable they made me with questions and inquiries about the new T.V.'s options and abilities. I recommend Geek Squad!

We were looking at a new TV and a sound bar and wanted advice since we have an open concept living room with cathedral ceilings. Gave us that information plus when we were concerned about glare on the TV from our living room light, he suggested the HUE light bulbs that we could control by our phones. (and Alexa if you have one). Have purchased the sound bar which we like. Waiting on the TV at the moment. We bought the light bulbs he suggested and were thrilled. We though we were going to have to contact an electrician to wire our living room light with a dimmer switch.

As consumers, we all need education on new products that are available to us. Our adviser provided excellent customer service on educating me and also not pushing me on product selection. He understood what my current equipment I have at home and how certain products can add to what I have to improve me sound. Would recommend him.

Premier Logistics team of measuring and another team of installing did a very professional job. We bought a new Cafe oven that before installing, the opening of the cytomegalovirus cabinets had to be enlarged a bit. Carlos Ramos & Carlos did a perfect job. They installed it just right and they were very polite. I would hire again!

My In-Home Advisor -Aaron -did an excellent job from appointment scheduling all the way through post installation customer service. I was able to get a very challenging installation of a new washer/dryer done at a very competitive price. Kudos to my delivery crew for their patience and excellence with install! This program is the answer to the alternative of being treated like a number at other “big box stores”, with old fashioned personal in home customer service. It is nice to find a big American corporation rediscovering and implementing this long lost way of doing business! Highly Recommend using In-Home Advisor Service!!!

Ben Abert makes shopping a pleasure. He knows his products well and goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you need. If something goes wrong, he immediately takes care of it. He exemplifies what it means to get great service. I will continue to buy from him whenever I need something and know that I will be taken good care of.

Ruhminder is the best consultant I have ever used for home electronics. He spent 2 hours going over all of my needs a questions. He showed me all the latest and greatest in electronics. I now have my home heater set up correctly and it works great. I was so happy that I have since bought appliances and a computer from him. The in home consultant is priceless because he can see what you are trying to do and then show you the right products, for the job. When our new speakers didn't sound like the demo models in the showroom, Brandon offered to come to our house to go through the various connections and features (EQ, Audyssey room correction, levels and crossovers). He patiently worked out ways to increase the warmth and richness of our system, bringing it in closer alignment with what we heard before. It was a long process, but we're pleased with the improvements.

It was time to get a TV and we wanted it to be hung above the fireplace, but we weren't sure it could be done. The In- home Consultation was a free visit so we jumped on that. Sandy was a Geek person. She was a joy to listen to and knew so much about installation and TV's. She gave us great suggestions on the different smart TV's. She was very professional and understanding of our need. Before she left we had picked out the type of TV we wanted and she went back to the store and got the TV and all the things we needed, plus scheduled a time to bring it and have it installed.

Jason Pavey, my Best Buy home consultant for a new sound system inside and out was very knowledgeable and professional. Jason gave me a great recommendation to go with Sonos equipment and go WiFi. I was confident in buying the Sonos sound system, even though it was expensive, after my consultation with Jason. The sound system sounds great, We are very pleased with our sound system.

Working with Bestbuy Total Tech Home Expert team (special call out to Brian Carlo) has been absolutely outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, never pushy to buy any particular brand and very easy to work with !. When you have any need for any technical upgrade at home like new audio-video system, washer-dryer, smart devices, etc..., I would highly recommend reaching to Brian from the Total Tech home export team !!!

The counselor from Bestbuy did an outstanding job helping design a new audio and video system for multiple buildings on the home properties. The installation crew were experienced and were even able to modify the work order so all installations were less completed..

I worked with Eryn Sieber from Everett Best Buy store for my home theater set up and he is an amazing person with wider knowledge. We have had some hurdles during the entire process, but the way Eryn handled it without much pressure on customer is worth mention. Can’t thank enough for suggesting a great device like screen, projector, sound system… etc. Highly recommended to go with Eryn.

My In Home Consultation was amazing. I appreciated that the consultant was so knowledgable about so many technology areas, and willing to explain everything thoroughly. I had many tech questions, including modem, routers, blue ray, smart tv, bandwidth, security system, adding an additional monitor to my Apple computer, etc. He answered all my questions, which will help me make smarter decisions about my next purchases to make my home tech smarter. He broke it all down in an understandable way. I will be making all my electronic and tech purchases from Best Buy now... this is an incredible free service. Thank you!

This was the first time we had used the In-Home Consultant, and it was so easy and stress-free that I recommend it to anyone who is looking to add or change any of their in-home appliances or technology. Our consultant, Jordan, was the best! He was knowledgeable about everything in our home. We added a new washer/dryer plus Ring security cameras on front and back of our home. Jordan knew exactly what would work best for us, placed all the items on order, scheduled the installations and we had nothing to do buy pay for it! Outstanding experience, and we will call Jordan when we get ready for a new TV sometime this year.
