Areeg Adam guided me through doorbell and cam surveillance system. She was very clear, listened to my needs and clearly communicated. Followed up with me on an order change as well.

The consultant acknowledged by cancellation of appt. and was very professional and said if I had any further problems he'd be glad to assist. Through trial and error I ended up replacing my modem and that solved the problem.

Keith is excellent. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He never not helps me in some way. He’s helped some times where one member was given the wrong info and he corrected it.

We love this service I can always count on Julian Myers to provide excellent information about the products we are buying. It could be a laptop, HUE lights, printer, or any products that Beast Bu offers. We trust his recommendations and value his integrity.
