We needed help with setting up Home theatre, ceiling speakers with AMP, a TV and Ring security system. The expert we were assigned to was very helpful. Everything was done in a month time smoothly. We are enjoying all of them. Geek squad rocks!

We were replacing a 14 year old washer & dryer because we knew they were probably nearing the end of their reliability. We knew we wanted the brand LG but needed to talk with a knowledgeable person to answer the questions we had.

I love the TV and it works great. I just wish somebody would get in touch with me to help me program it so that when I turn it on it goes directly to the TV not to the app.
