Sam was always available to answer questions and help me through the process. He was always quick to text back or if he wasn’t available by phone he would promptly call back.

Needed to make sure the double oven we needed would fit in our existing space. The consultant was very helpful with that.

This is not the typical retail experience, long story short you are dealing with someone 1:1 in-person, over phone/e-mail/text and things get done quickly and properly. A big time saver as well.

Rendee handled our order very professionally. There was an issue with the initial delivery as no one could have foreseen that two trucks would arrive and there would not be enough parking space. But the second delivery went quite smoothly.

We needed help and advice with everything from mesh internet, home speaker system, nest, and kitchen appliances. Our expert (Josh) was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decisions, exchanges, etc. go as smoothly as possible.

We needed help with selecting a gas cook top and down draft to replace our old Bosch appliances. Joey was vey helpful and helped us every step of he way. He was very professional, caring, honest and very responsive. He povided excellent service.

Steven was awesome - he moved & mounted a TV from one location to another; and, he installed a Chromecast on 1 TV & a Roku on another set. Then taught me to use the Chromecast streaming system as it was a new one for me

Bryan met with us and made sure everything we would need for our TV install would be included when our installers came.

Mohamed was very knowledgeable about all his products. He answered all of our questions and concerns. When I've contacted him after our meeting he has been very responsive and quick to get me answers. Great job, can always count on him.

Had some issues with payment method but Kelsey Patterson went out of his way to resolve the issue. Even came in during his day off. You won't find better customer service.
