Stephen is extremely knowledgeable with the latest technology and Best Buy's product line. The ability to have your questions answered completely, while making a purchase is valuable. He is also detailed with any system designs you need.

Anthony was honest and super knowledgeable about washers and dryers. It was great to have his reccommendations for the space. When we need more appliances I will def schedule Anthony again

Eric Peralta at first appeared to be very knowledgeable and nice. Then I started noticing multiple shortcomings: Total cost (equipments) did not include the amplifier that we had talked about. 1 week prior to installation I was informed by installation team that the do not have the center channel. When I called Eric, he had no idea that a major part was missing. Then we found out that one of the speakers was faulty. 2 weeks later when I talked to Eric, he told me he had not ordered the missing speaker yet. There were a total of 4 visits needed. I was told Eric would be there at the time of completion to check of everything and also to show me all the features. He never bothered even returning my last few calls.

We needed help with our sonos system which wasn't working properly and Rome, helped with a new router system that fixed the problem. We also got a beautiful new TV!

All went according to the long-distance arrangements from purchase to delivery made for me by Timothy Frazee. It was a relief to have his support for this purchase for my rental house while I am out of state.

We really appreciated the advice Mario gave us in helping us decide on our network layout and installation of new 85” wall mounted TV with receiver connecting to our current surround sound layout. Great advice!

I needed a refrigerator so I scheduled an in home evaluation with James Gray. He came out and helped me measure and choose appliances that fit my needs. He is very professional and knowledgeable of products.
