Alexis was very knowledgeable about home WiFi technology and devices. He arrived right on the scheduled time :) and completed a very thorough assessment of my current network setup. Alexis quickly spotted some easy fixes and then provided a written proposal for suggested device upgrades. Very pleased with the process and suggestions!

I had asked for someone to review our home security needs and they sent out someone from the Geek Squad to go over my options for home security systems. He was knowledgeable about the brands that BestBuy sells and ones that they do not. He reviewed my home and based on what I was looking for recommended that we stay with the Nest system and expand our security system with the other Nest products. He did not try to oversell me on other products and gave me suggestions that we could implement ourselves. I would highly recommend using this service and I am currently waiting on other Nest products to go on sale to complete our security needs.

We had a dying dishwasher, on a space that most dishwashers can't get into. But Will Fern of Best Buy, after one try our that didn't work, kept searching for weeks and found a Bosch that perfectly fit the space. The dishwasher is totally quiet, and it really gets everything clean. Want help for any finding a dishwasher, stove, Fridge,etc. Will can find it.

Keith was a wonderful help in this decision! I always take time before spending a chunk of money and Keith was patient and helpful even when I changed my mind a few times. :-) I will certainly be asking for Keith's help again when I need another Kitchen appliance!

Best Buy handled our entire new build of kitchen appliances. Terrific service from start to finish. Glen Balagna finished up on our order and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend a better supplier than BB with Glen Balagna coordinating the whole thing. Glen is one of the best in the business. Total professional. We couldn’t ask for more.

I didn’t have high expectations for this process as I know there is always a sales pitch and hard sell. I was pleasantly surprised to find neither was the case. Anthony was helpful, easygoing and accommodating. On top of that he ensured I got the best prices and when he wasn’t able to, he didn’t push the matter. It was a huge convenience to get all my shopping done from the comfort of my dining table; all without a desperate salesman breathing down my neck. I am actually looking forward to using the service again. Also already started telling people about it. Whoever thought of this program came up with a winner.

The Geek Squad installed a 65 inch tv over our fireplace. This is the second time we have used the Geek Squad for a TV installation . It was a different team the first time but a great job. Jason and his team mate were on time, used masks and shoe covers, did a perfect installation and cleaned up like they were never there. We love the TV and installation but have decided to change the 65 inch Samsung TV they installed to a 75 inch Samsung TV within our trial period and we will ask for the same team again. Second time another great Job!!!!

When our new speakers didn't sound like the demo models in the showroom, Brandon offered to come to our house to go through the various connections and features (EQ, Audyssey room correction, levels and crossovers). He patiently worked out ways to increase the warmth and richness of our system, bringing it in closer alignment with what we heard before. It was a long process, but we're pleased with the improvements.

Eryn was extremely knowledgeable and took care to understand our needs and wants. He guided us through the options available and made us feel like we were the most important customer in the moment. He even followed up with us a few minutes later on questions we had on a separate, small purchase. The customer service he provided was fantastic!

We needed help with TVs and sound system. We feared a heavy sales pitch be couldn't have been more wrong. Douglas was extremely professional. He considered our home and how we planned to use our equipment. Gave us great ideas and even encorporated some of our existing sound equipment. He was on time and followed up.

We were looking to upgrade our television and put it in a different place in the room but not sure exactly what we wanted to do. We scheduled a consultation and Mike came to our home. He made some recommendations, then we met him at the store to decide on the tv and a soundbar. The installation crew led by Alex came out and took care of that very efficiently. We are very pleased with the products recommended and the professionalism and helpfulness of the Best But staff.

Initial consult was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Day of service, very confusing. Gave a four hour window, but due to two waves (one to remove the old TV and the other to install) the morning/day was not efficient, The picture quality was not good due to having an old cable box. Got that upgraded and the picture was better but not great (relative to what was showing in the store). Went to the store and a sales rep told me that it was due to how Comcast sends a signal and that Netflix and others will have better quality. This is correct. However, that point was left out during the sales process. Now I have to try to purchase some streaming products to enhance my picture quality. The TV looks really good on certain channels, but did not expect all of the "buts" after the purchase that includes more of my time and some more money.

We needed assistance in creating our home entertainment system while incorporating existing equipment during a remodel. Philip came out several times to review and modify our needs based design. Everything went great with install and follow up. Easy to get a response and assistance along the way.

I was hesitant about making an appointment. I was VERY happy that I did though! They listened to exactly what we were looking for, what components that we wanted, and were very helpful to identify if these would provide the desired results with sound and internet. I had the TV, cables, and power surge protector.delivered first because my TV died. The balance of the work and installation will be performed very shortly. It's a little more than I intended to spend, but everything will be done for us, including running wires through the attic and down and out through the walls. I couldn't be happier with the experience so far!!!

Working with Bestbuy Total Tech Home Expert team (special call out to Brian Carlo) has been absolutely outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, never pushy to buy any particular brand and very easy to work with !. When you have any need for any technical upgrade at home like new audio-video system, washer-dryer, smart devices, etc..., I would highly recommend reaching to Brian from the Total Tech home export team !!!

We received good advice on how we should set up our entertainment center. We ended up having to change up our details to maintain a cool fresh look once the installers got here. Thus, we didn't get it to have it displayed specifically how we liked it, but was explained that our setup was the best to keep everything looking nice and clean without any visible wires.

Joe gave me great advise that resulted me buying higher end appliances with reasonable prices. He was super responsive and helped me through out the scheduling and delivery processes. The delivery person did not pickup my old appliances. He quickly corrected the mistake by rescheduling a pickup. I will definitly buy from him again. --James

Mark Powell is simply amazing. He has the technical chops and know-how yet can simplify the process for the buyer to make the experience excellent. He ALWAYS delivers what he promises. Undersells & OVER delivers and is such a pleasant, funny, and professional guy!

I was pleasantly surprised to find Best buy had a consultation service. It saved me so much time and money. Geordie came to my house and measured for my new appliances. He also completed the sale. He was so professional, informative and helpful. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am. Thank you for taking time to help me.

Beau made some excellent suggestions and we are very happy with both our 65" Samsung TV's. Also, the crew that came out to deliver and set-up the TV's were excellent too. William Simpson was the lead person and one other young man failed to get his name. The customer service is very important to me and my family; simply outstanding. This is the type of service that makes a person want to return to Best Buy.
