Before I ordered the appliances for my kitchen, I called to schedule an appointment with a consultant to come check my kitchen first. I was happy because he confirmed our appointment twice and he was punctual. he scheduled another appointment at the store. When I went there, he was already waiting for me and he was very helpful and patient with me reviewing everything. He even sent me an email about Bestbuy sale even before Black Friday which helped me a lot and encouraged me to check other items which he also helped me ordering them

Outstanding service right from the start with great suggestions which helped us To select the best products possible for our needs. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend it highly to anyone even with experience in this particular field.

Beau made some excellent suggestions and we are very happy with both our 65" Samsung TV's. Also, the crew that came out to deliver and set-up the TV's were excellent too. William Simpson was the lead person and one other young man failed to get his name. The customer service is very important to me and my family; simply outstanding. This is the type of service that makes a person want to return to Best Buy.

Deron has been very helpful. He responds to my questions even when NOT involved in a purchase or consultation. I will definitely recommend him to others that are working with the Dayton Mall Best Buy. As a courtesy, even other in-store consultants put Deron as my consultant.

Lead tech was very Knowledgeable. Explained how things were going to work. Work was done professionally. They reviewed and followed my check list. I would have liked to spend more time reviewing the functions and operation however. There is a lot to learn. I did find that a couple HDMI cables were in the wrong ports when I attempted to turn different functions on. We didn't spend any time testing everything out.

I needed a washer and dryer installed as soon as possible because I was having surgery and would not be able to drive for weeks. Anthony came to my house, measured the space in the the room they would be going and I had a new washer and dryer up and running in a few days.

Aaron has helped me in the past with electronic purchases and he delivered once again. I described what I was looking for, he researched it and gave me several options. The best part, everything was waiting for me at the store and everything performed as desired. The concierge service is fantastic.

We had a dying dishwasher, on a space that most dishwashers can't get into. But Will Fern of Best Buy, after one try our that didn't work, kept searching for weeks and found a Bosch that perfectly fit the space. The dishwasher is totally quiet, and it really gets everything clean. Want help for any finding a dishwasher, stove, Fridge,etc. Will can find it.

We were in a Bestbuy store looking for new kitchen appliances.We live in a mobile home so space was a concern the saleslady recommended we have a in home consultant come to our home to measure and make recommendations.Anthoney was our consultant he was great took care of everything found us a new oven refrigerator and hood at great deals due to Black Friday sales arranged our finacing and delivery at our dining room table. This was a great experience and we have recommended a friend call Bestbuy when shopping for a new appliance.

The team that replaced our washing machine was friendly and very competent. They were replacing an old washer on the bottom of a stacked set of units. To install the new washer, they had to remove and then replace the dryer on top in a tight space, all of which they handled very professionally and without any complaint. They also explained everything they had done and all the extra parts very clearly before leaving. Good work.

Dillon gave really great suggestions for an affordable yet very suitable for my needs to replace my old AM/FM receiver as well as replacing my old thermostat with Nest. He gave me a few great options on a wifi mesh system for my large home but later ended up suggestion Eero over the others due to the large square footage that needed to be covered. He is very very knowledgeable and was able to help me with everything I needed step by step. I ended up purchasing everything he recommended and am so happy with all the choices!!

We recently purchased a Ring doorbell and had trouble adding my phone to the account (as a second user). The counter Geek Squad representative solved the problem and now both my husband and I can check on our phones to see what is going on at the front door. We are senior citizens and sincerely appreciate the help we receive at Best Buy!

Lucia Salgado has been a great support to us during our new appliances selection. She has been very supportive since the day we met her at the store. We kept contact during months to make sure we got everything we wanted on time, and even earlier. In addition she always made sure to provided us with additional information when needed, as well as she made her best to make the most of our purchases in terms of price and quality.

Alex is simply amazing. No sales pressure. Listened to what we needed. Gave us multiple options. We had several delays from our home builder and Alex navigated each of them professionally and friendly. The entire Best Buy team was amazing. Will definitely buy from Alex again and refer business to them.

We recently built a new home and were looking to install an entertainment sound system in our living room, set up whole house WiFi, internet telephone service and prepare our basement rec room for a future entertainment sound system. Additionally we needed a new AVR for the living room. Brittany Schneider provided excellent information and service throughout the process. She was always available through a phone call or message. I am a repeat, repeat, repeat customer. I always receive great technical guidance from the sales department (Tyler) and superb installation from the Premier installation team (Nick’s team). I trust these great Best Buy folks and will definitely be using them for any future projects.

Needed assistance with design & product selection for home entertainment, lighting & security cameras for our second home. Billy & his team did an excellent job of working and coordinating all for us remotely.

Justin really listened to us and took all the necessary time we needed in order to understand all of the equipment. He ordered the items for us and then made the arrangements for the Geek Squad to come to our home for installation. Very professional and extremely helpful.

I had an outdoor TV installed on my patio. Arthur and his partner came out and were on time and courteous. They installed the TV carefully and exactly as I requested. They were patient and showed me how everything worked before leaving. I had a great experience with Home Expert and will definitely use the service again. Thanks!
