Needed a home theatre for one of our rooms. Received expert advice and great service from the geek squad technician, Anthony Vaccaro, who helped us to make it possible in a timely manner.

My fridge died and I needed a new one. The project eventually turned into all new kitchen appliances. My consultant was very helpful and extremely patient as we navigated numerous obstacles and issues. I highly recommend.

We had ordered our appliances for our new house and had to work with James a lot to make sure the logistics of the delivery could work out correctly. He was great and everyone I spoke to with the customer support team was great as well.

The installation of the new 72" TV went smoothly and Jeremy Corum showed great expertise in working through a few issues getting the universal remote working properly. We're very happy with the total installation.

We were replacing all of our kitchen appliances ,we booked an appointment and they came to us which was very nice. The consultation went great and we went with Best Buy because of cost and availability of the appliances we wanted.

Jorge is fantastic, he listens to your needs for the items you are shopping for. He makes recommendations that has to do with what would work better for what your asking. His customer service is the best.

Eduardo was a great partner in recommending and helping select appliances. He was very responsive and also when we had some minor things, he was always communicative.

We had a duel fuel range installed last .Wednesday, I was so thankful to have a stove again. It is beautiful and I have enjoyed using it. The two gentlemen who delivered the range did a good job in spite of bad weather conditions and our installation was the last one for the day.

We needed our stereo receiver hooked up and synced with our built-in ceiling speakers. Our existing system was confusing, but the techs were persistent and very patient with my questions.

We wanted to upgrade to a smart tv and Blanca gave us the answers to our questions and told us options that would work for us to make the right decision.
