I needed help preparing for installation of a new range. Brian was very helpful and introduced me to a contractor that was able to do the work required.

I needed to buy a new stacking washer/dryer. Alex helped me pick out a decent one. I wish I had spent more time with Alex learning the features of the new machine rather than just assuming it would be as good as the one I was replacing. As it turned out, the new machine was missing a number of features that my 14-year-old machine had, because I was assuming all washer/dryers were pretty much the same. I recommend asking more questions, and not being too impressed with unnecessary features like wifi and bluetooth. Don't be in a hurry, and read the reviews, even for highly rated machines. There's a lot of good information in there.
