My advisor was awesome he help me decide what was the best television for my room the TV is awesome however with within a month after receiving the TV I had an issue The TV turned on and off by itself without a remote It only stayed on five seconds at a time and then turn on and off there was a menu on the bottom of the screen that I cannot takeoff I am now waiting on a technician to come out to see what needs to be repaired and repair it thank God for my warranty I am highly disappointed because I love the TV it is awesome but but I am highly disappointed that it went up so quickly but it still doesn’t deter me of the quality oled Televisions I just hope that this issue can be taken care of soon and never happens again

We needed a refrigerator and dishwasher for our corporate office space. Rob Vanhellemont came to our office, measured, and recommended the right appliances for our space--we had several options for each appliance. Also, when the delivery guys didn't know what sort of connection to use for the fridge, Rob came himself and fixed it. Best of all? We never even had to go to the store--Rob came to our office! We highly recommend Rob and the Best Buy concierge services!

Jonathon was great in arranging for my new OLED tv to be installed and the surround sound speakers to be set up. I am replacing existing in wall and in ceiling speakers and then all of my equipment. Alex in the store was helpful as well and the two of them and some research of my own, designed a system that is going to be incredible. Jonathon even tested my wi-fi and recommended some improvements there. I get everything installed next Friday and Jonathon was incredible at arranging the install and pricing out my order. I highly recommend Best Buy and Alex and Jonathon as they did a superb job helping me get the Entertainment center of my dreams!!

We needed help updating our home theatre as the sound was not adequate. The Geek Squad came and our Geek was on time, courteous and very neat and knowledgeable. He completed our installation and adked for input along the way. Such as, was the TV the prioer height? He completed the installation and thoroughly explained how the system worked and how to troubleshoot common issues. He gave me his phone number in case there was an issue after he left. We are very happy with our new theatre and thank our Geek for helping us! He was great!

Shoaib gave us a clear understanding of our equipment needs in order to update home theater. At the store, he fully explained the equipment options that best suited our needs. His expertise and in depth knowledge took the stress out of our decisions and the installation.

We knew from nothing. The concierge service was quite reassuring. Having one person to guide us was very helpful. Only issue was the mounting of our Sonos Arc. The original wall Mount was defective . The replacement sent was for a beam and we needed one for an arc. However being within the Best Buy family paid off. The Geek Squaders were very conscientious and professional. Now with the arc nestled under our TV with no wires showing we are very appreciative of the expertise of the Best Buys’ Geek Squad!

Michael Clark's help was invaluable when I was unable to find an oven/microwave combo that would work in my kitchen. He tirelessly researched my possibilities and, after months of frustration, he was able to find a unit that would work. I now have a very versatile Frigidaire unit.

Justin Williams from Magnolia and Michael Carey from Best Buy at the Minnetonka Ridgedale location are nothing short of amazing. Justin knows everything about setting up the perfect system in your media room inside and out. It’s been so exciting to work with him and pick out the components. We can’t wait to take delivery and enjoy this for years to come! Thank you Justin for being so great and taking such good care of us. I will definitely be calling you, wherever you may be in the future whenever I need to have another set up or new component.

The appointment scheduling was easy online but not by telephone. I was seeking education on what was available in technology to make my home a smart home. I also wanted to go without cable. The service person was very knowledgable and patient with me. The sales person arrived Later than expected because he was misinformed of his schedule. It was a scheduling problem not the technicians error not the technicians error. He was courteous and he listened and answered my questions. It was a nice experience. I Learned what was available and was allowed to make decisions from his recommendations. I have not purchased any of the recommendations yet but in continuing to consider and explore options.

I was offered an in home consultation when I went to purchase four TV's, Blu-Ray players, and smart home devices. The salesman I talked to was very knowledgeable; however, he felt he was out of his element with this large of a purchase and the depth of the questions I was asking. He thought it would be better to have an in home consultation and I agreed. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable however they kept pricing me well above my originally planned on spending. That being said, they give me a lot of great ideas and were very knowledgeable about the products. When it came to the final assessment and pricing, I was able to suggest higher quality items that were available at lower prices. In the end run, I have purchased several items based on their suggestions but have found higher value through some of my own searching at BestBuy.

Jeremy Stettler was an absolute dream to work with. He is professional, courteous, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The in home consultation he provided is why my newest home project turned out so incredible. From appliances to home theatre Jeremy knows and does it all! I highly recommend Jeremy and the entire Best Buy team

My Best Buy Geek Squad consultant Alex Claus -Murray and installer Scott Ewers were a pleasure to work with and were efficient and professional. They provided follow up service even after the install and price matched some items that had price reductions after my sale.

We wanted to add a sound bar and connect our VCR and CD player. We were able to do all that with a new Blue Ray while connecting my VCR new Blue ray and sound bar. Great experience. Two Geek Squad gentlemen came and connected everything with great results.

Mikie Lanyard is outstanding, and I have used the Home Expert program twice. Mikie is knowledge and professional and provides his customer with all options without pushing for the most expensive option. However, he will give his opinion if you ask but without pressure. I would highly recommend the Home Expert program to my friends and neighbors.

I needed help with a TV in our study. My consultant got us the perfect TV and sound system. He was very organized and got all the documents I needed for my building in time. He also got the delivery time I needed and that was also done very smoothly. Thanks!

I wanted a built-in refrigerator. However after my consult did all the measurements, it was not the best appliance for the area in my kitchen. I was given several options and suggestions by my consultant and then I made the decision to replace my refrigerator with a regular refrigerator that fit my kitchen space and one that had all the features that I wanted. My consultant was on the phone with her manager who also had great recommendations and even forwarded me pictures of refrigerators what would fit in my space available. What a great team! Thanks for all your assistance.

What a difference with knowledgable professional sales assistance!!! We had almost given up- everyone else expected us to do our own research but we were overwhelmed with move and holidays. Keith made it so easy - provided a range of options to choose from —and now we’ve got a great new kitchen.

Lots of logistical things deal with but the BB (Geek Squad) guys were very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Brian coordinated all this from the Costa Mesa store and really appreciated his making this work in a timely manner. Even came to the house to preview all that had to be done. Very professional!

Have ordered various products from Best Buy the last few years, the latest a dishwasher. Have received excellent service and the products have been outstanding. Besides the dishwasher we also purchased TV and home theater and Ring doorbell and cameras. We worked with Destinee from BB in Lady Lake who was very responsive, knowledgeble and patient.

Ruminder has been there for us since day one when we moved in. We selected appliances post-move, and he chose them based on quality and practicality. We ended up with really well-built appliances in the end. I would trust his expertise on the matter when it comes to home appliances. He took good care of us, especially when we had installation challenges along the way. I would highly recommend working with him.
