I had some consultation on home theater equipments. Not a consultation but I got good advice. One thing that is awful, terrible is that you can **NEVER** reach the store via phone. The options are myriad and has 100% success in keeping you away from a real person. I almost decided to ditch Best Buy and buy from amazon because of this
