This was an "in store" consultation. We wanted to make sure we purchased the proper size TV for our watching distance and room brightness. We were able to stand at our watching distance and see the features and compare the picture quality of various types of TVs. All of our questions were answered are we are very happy with the result. The TV was delivered the next day and we installed it ourselves. We love our new TV and thank Best Buy and Magnolia for their suggestions and information that made our purchase such a success.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad! Loren and his helper were awesome! Very patient with my questions and took time to show me how to operate my new T.V. I didn't get the name of his helper but both were great. They made sure that they cleaned everything after install above my fireplace. They explained every thing and assured me of support and numbers for help if I needed. I was impressed with how comfortable they made me with questions and inquiries about the new T.V.'s options and abilities. I recommend Geek Squad!

The team that replaced our washing machine was friendly and very competent. They were replacing an old washer on the bottom of a stacked set of units. To install the new washer, they had to remove and then replace the dryer on top in a tight space, all of which they handled very professionally and without any complaint. They also explained everything they had done and all the extra parts very clearly before leaving. Good work.

I have to admit when first looking into a consultation my thoughts were the rep would be trying to sell me a bunch a stuff I probably don't need.Santiago is NOTHING close to that. He listened to me regrading what my thoughts & ideas were for everything from the washer & dryer to the TV and stands etc. . He never spoke super technical to me and really wanted to make sure I understand what he was explaining. He was ALWAYS keeping me updated on my orders. Bottom line. ANYONE I know has a need that Best Buy can fulfill I am directing them to Santiago!

Lucia Salgado has been a great support to us during our new appliances selection. She has been very supportive since the day we met her at the store. We kept contact during months to make sure we got everything we wanted on time, and even earlier. In addition she always made sure to provided us with additional information when needed, as well as she made her best to make the most of our purchases in terms of price and quality.

We had Myra come out for a consultation. She was prompt, thorough and answered all of our questions. We were happy with Myra and her consultation. Although the options were what we will eventually purchase, the prices for installation were very high. $149 to install a Ring Floodlight/Camera. We are buying 4! It is literally a switch out since there is existing wiring. Myra provided an option to have our own electrician install which would be $75/hr. I also asked about a price match for the same Camera/Floodlight which was available at Costco. The Costco package included a free year of cloud services. Myra said that the price match could not be used for this. We ended up purchasing portions of the In Home recommendations but, will definitely look at YouTube to install and save myself $600 in install fees with Geek Squad.

The two individuals who performed our in-home consultation were very thorough and since we were upgrading from an in-home theater to a larger and newer TV with Sonos and TV Apple, we went with all their suggestions as far as the upgrade to our system which we purchased based on the in-home consultant's suggestions. They did not "push" selling us on our upstairs - suggested we try the new system in our lower level and then contact them to make sure we knew what we really wanted in the upper level. Great suggestion - we are planning upgrade in the upper level in the Spring with Best Buy!

Matt did an excellent job of measuring my home for appliances that would fit in the spaces. He built a proposal of appliances. I liked it, but then I went to the store to actually see the recommended appliances. I definitely got the microwave but found that the refrigerator was not exactly what I thought it would be. The sales consultant, David, was very helpful and we found a refrigerator that I was happy with and David contacted Matt to see it it would fit in the space. He said it would, so I ordered the refrigerator and microwave. It was very helpful to have Matt to talk over my ideas and reasons for getting new appliances!

Ruhminder is the best consultant I have ever used for home electronics. He spent 2 hours going over all of my needs a questions. He showed me all the latest and greatest in electronics. I now have my home heater set up correctly and it works great. I was so happy that I have since bought appliances and a computer from him. The in home consultant is priceless because he can see what you are trying to do and then show you the right products, for the job. Gabriela has a solid overall product knowledge and how to apply that knowledge to your unique home situation. She coordinated with other Best Buy experts to insure that we had a cost effective TV and home theater solution. When problems arose regarding product delivery, Gabriela intervened and resolved them promptly.

In most months, we use our audio/visual equipment for only 5 or 6 services. During the Christmas and Easter seasons the use increases to 8 or 9 times. Brandon came to look at our sanctuary and our dining hall and, very honestly, told us that we thought we needed more than we actually need. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions ln terms we could understand.

Benjamin Rosenbaum is such a great agent visited my house and installed my television so courteous, kind and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions help me to set up my equipment. I will definitely recommend Tanasbourne store..

We were looking at a new TV and a sound bar and wanted advice since we have an open concept living room with cathedral ceilings. Gave us that information plus when we were concerned about glare on the TV from our living room light, he suggested the HUE light bulbs that we could control by our phones. (and Alexa if you have one). Have purchased the sound bar which we like. Waiting on the TV at the moment. We bought the light bulbs he suggested and were thrilled. We though we were going to have to contact an electrician to wire our living room light with a dimmer switch.

We worked with the consultant in the store and he was very knowledgable. He explained the items we wished to purchase and made excellent recommendations based on our needs. Justin really listened to us and took all the necessary time we needed in order to understand all of the equipment. He ordered the items for us and then made the arrangements for the Geek Squad to come to our home for installation. Very professional and extremely helpful.

We were building our new home and the builder told us to pick our appliances. My wife wanted the same model(Samsung) company for all appliances in the home and Sam was there every step of the way from the many calls to the many text messages !! Thank u Sam/Best Buy for making this experience an easy one

We needed help with purchasing and setting up a camera system outside to monitor our fence line. We were not sure what to get and where to place the cameras for the purpose of the cameras, and Giovanni Trejo, who came to our home was so helpful with all our needs. He had great experience and knowledge in this area and we were all set to do next steps with the purchase and Total Tech Support to install his recommendations.

We recently built a new home and were looking to install an entertainment sound system in our living room, set up whole house WiFi, internet telephone service and prepare our basement rec room for a future entertainment sound system. Additionally we needed a new AVR for the living room. Brittany Schneider provided excellent information and service throughout the process. She was always available through a phone call or message. We enjoyed working with Brittany!

Avery was amazing. Very friendly and professional. He called me a day before, got info for what I was looking into and came back with the information requested. He listened to my concerns and recommended the products. We spoke several times and he checked up to make sure the installations were done correctly. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I had scheduled a consultation but was unable to keep the appointment. We agreed that we would meet at the store the following Monday. Although Taylor was busy with another customer when I walked in, her supervisor immediately stepped in to assist. He helped me out until Taylor was free. She helped me choose the right appliances, explained the sales etc and the order was completed efficiently and in a short time.

Zack was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had about the space and was very helpful with how to appropriately finish and setup the room for installation when the time comes. I had done plenty of research prior to talking with Zack and the other guys at Best Buy, but it is always reassuring to have someone who is a professional in the field and tell you yes that is correct and/or no that is wrong you should do this for the best xyz. His knowledge was very helpful with making some final adjustments to our room design and will be even more beneficial when it comes time for me to run the low voltage for the room.
