Chris, the counselor at BB was superb and coordinated the purchases and installation. Victor, Jessie and Austin couldn't have possibly been better with installation and instructing us in using the new equipment.

The Geek Squad far exceeded our expectations. David and Lydia were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They spent a good amount of time at the end of installation explaining our new TV and receiver.

We just purchased a new home with built-in surround sounds speakers. We needed help choosing a receiver and flat screen TV. The installation went great and we are very happy with the results.

Our TV died. The total tech/Geeks came out to see it was user error but after nine years, it was dead. So thankful to these guys!
