We need advice on purchasing kitchen appliances. The in-home appointment went well and the consultant was patient and answered our questions. After that, we dropped off the face of the planet. No follow-up and we could not talk to anyone in the local store to make changes to our quote. Our deliveries were delayed several times, and the refrigerator had to be replaced due to a dent.
