It was time to get a TV and we wanted it to be hung above the fireplace, but we weren't sure it could be done. The In- home Consultation was a free visit so we jumped on that. Sandy was a Geek person. She was a joy to listen to and knew so much about installation and TV's. She gave us great suggestions on the different smart TV's. She was very professional and understanding of our need. Before she left we had picked out the type of TV we wanted and she went back to the store and got the TV and all the things we needed, plus scheduled a time to bring it and have it installed.

Before I ordered the appliances for my kitchen, I called to schedule an appointment with a consultant to come check my kitchen first. I was happy because he confirmed our appointment twice and he was punctual. he scheduled another appointment at the store. When I went there, he was already waiting for me and he was very helpful and patient with me reviewing everything. He even sent me an email about Bestbuy sale even before Black Friday which helped me a lot and encouraged me to check other items which he also helped me ordering them

We were grateful to have Mikie Linyard work with us for our varying needs as we moved into our new home.He listened to what we wanted and determined what was necessary to meet those needs.He was available and responsive when we had follow up questions. He made what otherwise would have been an overwhelming process simple and enjoyable.

Our sound system was installed in August. It was one headache after another with the sound turning off on its own. After several Geek Squad reps coming to our house, we finally got Ana! She was amazing and fixed everything that was wrong!!! She was beyond patient in explaining the steps she needed to take to correct the issue and then spent time showing us how to use all the features. Thank you, Ana!!!!!

Tyler was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and helped to show all the latest products. I went in for a different system and tyler talked me into a better setup. It was overall a great experience.

Conner and the team at the East Town location in Madison were wonderful. We had bought a good TV there the weekend before but had been hoping for a great one so we came in to discuss our options. Conner was extremely knowledgeable and broke down all the different options for us. We left feeling confident in our choice and absolutely love our new TV. Thanks Conner!

My In-Home Advisor -Aaron -did an excellent job from appointment scheduling all the way through post installation customer service. I was able to get a very challenging installation of a new washer/dryer done at a very competitive price. Kudos to my delivery crew for their patience and excellence with install! This program is the answer to the alternative of being treated like a number at other “big box stores”, with old fashioned personal in home customer service. It is nice to find a big American corporation rediscovering and implementing this long lost way of doing business! Highly Recommend using In-Home Advisor Service!!!

We just moved into our new home and needed help in selecting the perfect TV for our Great Room. Cindy came to our home and measured the space and then we met at Best Buy to make our selection. My In Home Consultation was amazing. I appreciated that the consultant was so knowledgable about so many technology areas, and willing to explain everything thoroughly. I had many tech questions, including modem, routers, blue ray, smart tv, bandwidth, security system, adding an additional monitor to my Apple computer, etc. He answered all my questions, which will help me make smarter decisions about my next purchases to make my home tech smarter. He broke it all down in an understandable way. I will be making all my electronic and tech purchases from Best Buy now... this is an incredible free service. Thank you!

Getting sound synchronization through the house with ease of access

We are very happy with our new appliances and was most appreciative of the advice and information that Kristi was able to give us regarding different brands and the advantages each provided. She was always available and most gracious with her time.

This was the first time we had used the In-Home Consultant, and it was so easy and stress-free that I recommend it to anyone who is looking to add or change any of their in-home appliances or technology. Our consultant, Jordan, was the best! He was knowledgeable about everything in our home. We added a new washer/dryer plus Ring security cameras on front and back of our home. Jordan knew exactly what would work best for us, placed all the items on order, scheduled the installations and we had nothing to do buy pay for it! Outstanding experience, and we will call Jordan when we get ready for a new TV sometime this year.

We had a fantastic experience at Best Buy from purchasing our 55" TV to having it mounted on our very uneven stone fireplace! Everyone was very helpful, responded immediately and were professional and patient with our many questions. Would highly recommend!

Dillon gave really great suggestions for an affordable yet very suitable for my needs to replace my old AM/FM receiver as well as replacing my old thermostat with Nest. He gave me a few great options on a wifi mesh system for my large home but later ended up suggestion Eero over the others due to the large square footage that needed to be covered. He is very very knowledgeable and was able to help me with everything I needed step by step. I ended up purchasing everything he recommended and am so happy with all the choices!!

CJ came in made an excellent recommendation for my home theater. He chose the best equipemnt at a reasonable price. He was on time as he promised. He did not have me hanging around the house like others. When he left, I was confident that I made the right choice.

We were in a Bestbuy store looking for new kitchen appliances.We live in a mobile home so space was a concern the saleslady recommended we have a in home consultant come to our home to measure and make recommendations.Anthoney was our consultant he was great took care of everything found us a new oven refrigerator and hood at great deals due to Black Friday sales arranged our finacing and delivery at our dining room table. This was a great experience and we have recommended a friend call Bestbuy when shopping for a new appliance.

We were struggling with getting a quality microwave for our built-in cutout and depth. Thought we picked the right one, but it was out-of-stock. The sales person suggested having a home representative come to our house for help/advice. They sent their very best, and we got a better microwave at a better price. Was the BEST way to go, and we are VERY happy.
