Our consultant, Jessie Ballard, was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He answered all of our questions making us feel comfortable to move ahead with our project. Not only was Jessie very helpful during the consultation, he was always available for our questions throughout the process and helped us our after the install. If we had another project like this, I would request Jessie as our consultant!

We started building our new home in 2019 and went online to reach out to a In-Home Consultant. Lorenzo took our call and came to the construction site. Lorenzo is polite, listened to our concerns, and is very professional and knows electronics. He was with us to the final phase of our installation, which had to be done at different times due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I highly recommend giving Lorenzo a call to meet all your in-home needs from security cameras (indoor/outdoor) ceiling and wall speakers, over the fireplace TV mounting, etc...

Lots of logistical things deal with but the BB (Geek Squad) guys were very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Brian coordinated all this from the Costa Mesa store and really appreciated his making this work in a timely manner. Even came to the house to preview all that had to be done. Very professional!

We just moved into our new home and needed help in selecting the perfect TV for our Great Room. Cindy came to our home and measured the space and then we met at Best Buy to make our selection. We ended up purchasing several more items for our new home through Cindy's excellent guidance. The TotalTech Membership is an incredible benefit at a great value. Thank you Cindy!

Conner and the team at the East Town location in Madison were wonderful. We had bought a good TV there the weekend before but had been hoping for a great one so we came in to discuss our options. I needed a receiver and speakers that would work best for my LP and Cd collection. Eric Gonzalez came to my house and customized a perfect system for me. He is so knowledgeable and was amazingly helpful. I love my system. He also helped me with my next upgrade-new TV and sound bar, which I will do later this year. Of course I will use Best Buy and hope to work with Eric again. You are so lucky to have him as your employee. Awesome consultant!!!

We have worked with Kurt Kath for a while now and during the last home office consultation, we decided to go for the best and ordered several new pieces of AV equipment. Thanks to Kurt's help, advice and guideance, we selected what would work in three different areas in our home. Kurt went out of his way to make the transition painless and sent the best technicians to do the install. We love Kurt! He's a great asset to Best Buy and is a keeper!

I replaced all my 1990s kitchen appliances LG stove, refrigerator, and Dishwasher. The individuals putting in the refrigerator were great. The 3rd party who installed the stove and dishwasher were fantastic, excellent, I would seek them out if I needed a appliances again

We wanted to move from cable to streaming. Angelas visit was exactly what we needed. she did a good through job and we were able to make a decision during her visit. She had the technical knowledge to make it worked for us. We are glad Angela was our consultant.

Gabriela has a solid overall product knowledge and how to apply that knowledge to your unique home situation. She coordinated with other Best Buy experts to insure that we had a cost effective TV and home theater solution. When problems arose regarding product delivery, Gabriela intervened and resolved them promptly.

We needed help increasing our Wi-Fi quality to enable us to cut the cord and stream all entertainment. The gentleman came out to analyze what we needed and did a great job and was thorough and thoughtful. The two gentlemen that were with the geek squad and came to install the new Wi-Fi equipment were great. Tanner and DJ were very knowledgeable, friendly And efficient. I would highly recommend the program and particularly the installers sent to me.

I wanted to build a quality sound systemm for the new house. Anthony provided eduction and was very proactive quickly providing the service I needed including bring his team to my home to review my needs.

We received good advice on how we should set up our entertainment center. We ended up having to change up our details to maintain a cool fresh look once the installers got here. Thus, we didn't get it to have it displayed specifically how we liked it, but was explained that our setup was the best to keep everything looking nice and clean without any visible wires.

We really appreciated the enthusiastic and friendly help we received by Daniel Mckim and his team from Geek Squad. He and his team moved our Wi-Fi router, cable, and CAT5 wiring to a more central location. Now every device we have has a strong connection to the Internet. Danny also stepped up when the new TV we bought developed HDMI connection problems. He arranged to have it replaced immediately. Danny and Geek Squad have been great to work with!

We purchased our first smart TV and surround sound system and wanted help optimizing our experience. Kevin arrived, assessed our needs and recommended a system that was fully compatable with our LG TV. We were in the market for an OLED tv and soundbar. Our consultant helped us choose the best model and size for our room and proposed a Sonos soundbar and subwoofer that are awesome. So happy with our purchases and so easy when getting great advice.

We were grateful to have Mikie Linyard work with us for our varying needs as we moved into our new home.He listened to what we wanted and determined what was necessary to meet those needs.He was available and responsive when we had follow up questions. He made what otherwise would have been an overwhelming process simple and enjoyable.

I needed help to find a Smart TV for my family room. Giovanni Trejo came over and gave me several suggestions for that room and Roku express for the other TV's. I went to the Humble location and he set everything up for Tech Services to install. He and the Geek Squad were very knowledgeable and spent time answering questions I had. I highly recommend the service!

Christian scheduled my home consult while I was in the store. We needed to confirm I had the space for the new washer and dryer. After confirming my space was adequate, he was able to discuss the models further so I purchased them right then with his help in the comfort of my home. He stayed in touch throughout the delivery/installation proves. THEn, when the set went on sale I sent him a text and he got me a credit on my bill for the difference! That is customer service.

Keith was a wonderful help in this decision! I always take time before spending a chunk of money and Keith was patient and helpful even when I changed my mind a few times. :-) I will certainly be asking for Keith's help again when I need another Kitchen appliance!
