The Pacific sales associate was very helpful and pointed out certain requirements that we would need to install our new refrigerator, washer and dryer. We purchased the kits that were needed to install the appliances so that the delivery men could install everything when they arrived. The delivery men (apparently a 3rd party) weren't friendly and didn't bring the kits with them. I was very upset and told them to take the appliances back. I was able to talk to a very helpful person on the phone and he assured me that the next appointment for delivery they would be sure to have the installation kits. So tomorrow when they arrive we shall see if everything goes well and that I'll be able to use my appliances.

I have been working with Brian Phillips for almost 2 years. First to add a home theatre in my home and then to transfer it to a new home and reset it for the new spaces in my new home.
