Consultation service is a great offering which saves a lot of time and effort. We purchased 4 matching appliances for our kitchen and had delivery delays with 2 of them, had to change the model on 1 and had 1 cancelled due to unavailable item. This meant we had to find an exact item at another location to match what we received. Luckily it was available at Amazon at a higher price. This after the Best Buy CEO was on national TV bragging they had an inventory of appliances 50% higher than 2020 and 20% higher than 2019, We apparently didn't get offered the right products. Brad, our consultant did a 5 star job but had little support from other departments.

John Macklin was awesome! He was so helpful and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! He made the whole process very easy! I would highly recommend him as an integral part of the Best Buy team!

Did a good job in removing old washer/dryer. Very careful. Installation of new washer/dryer went well. They ran both washer and dryer thru cycles to check for operation and leaks. They did leave a small amount of trash on driveway.
