Dan goes above and beyond. We had him to come out to measure for a new washer and dryer. The original pair we had picked out was a bit too large, so he steered us to a comparable but better fitting pair. He also took care of ordering our new dishwasher saving us a trip to the store. When we had issues with the dishwasher install, he came out again to address and take care of the situation. And he does it all with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

Yes, Chris was great, personable and he listened to me. I didn't feel foolish or judged or anything like that. In fact, Chris took the time to listen to my idea and then nicely offered a better idea that would work better because of the limited space involved for my TV. I felt better because it was a solution I could be excited about. Also, he resent the proposal to my email because I had trouble finding it and I am so grateful, because it helped to move the project for me forward. Thanks Chris!

We purchased our first smart TV and surround sound system and wanted help optimizing our experience. Kevin arrived, assessed our needs and recommended a system that was fully compatable with our LG TV. I needed help to find a Smart TV for my family room. Giovanni Trejo came over and gave me several suggestions for that room and Roku express for the other TV's. I went to the Humble location and he set everything up for Tech Services to install. He and the Geek Squad were very knowledgeable and spent time answering questions I had. I highly recommend the service!

Nelson was so helpful, guided me through every step along the way. Sent me regular updates, letting me know the progress of my order. Ann was helpful even after the delivery letting me know that if I had any concerns I can always reach out to him.

The installation with Greg and Tyler were amazing. Those guys should get a raise. On time, very clear about what to expect basically, They were on top of it! Anytime they came inside the house they made sure they kept everything clean, always put the covers on their shoes and cleaned after themselves. They also went over and above to make sure I understood everything and if I had any questions. If possible, they would have gotten a 6 out 5 rating!

Norma was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our appliance decisions. We are first time home owners and had no idea what brand or style of appliances we wanted and her recommendations truly helped us. The products are great but her knowledge was priceless. I wish more people in retail were like her.

After having a new QN65S90CAFXZA delivered, 2 Geek Squad engineers set about removing the older TV and then replacing with the new more updated version. Each engineer new what tasks they had to do and moved around without the need to discuss with each other (competent) - Will use again when required, why struggle.

Our consultant, Jessie Ballard, was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He answered all of our questions making us feel comfortable to move ahead with our project. Not only was Jessie very helpful during the consultation, he was always available for our questions throughout the process and helped us our after the install. If we had another project like this, I would request Jessie as our consultant!

I was glad to have this consultation for 2 reasons. First to have this consultation we were able to get the right microwave product to fit my kitchen and Secondly, I was able to ensure it would be mounted correctly. The reason I say this is I went to another business first to buy this product and the installer bought in the product looked at the place to put in the product for about two seconds and said he could not do it. Not with the Best Buy installer, he not only installed it but installed it correctly. Thank You very much.

The two individuals who came and worked on our wireless network were helpful and professional. The lead advisor was very helpful in explaining the system. They two advisors answered questions about an unrelated matter (TVs). I wish I had asked them to show me how to troubleshoot the system (or that they had offered to show me). However, when the internet went down, I called them and they promptly returned my call and stepped me through the problem and how to fix similar issues (if they occur) in the future. i really appreciated that after-the-install assistance.

From start to finish, Alejandro picked up where he left off! We had the pleasure of working with him on our initial theatre set up and had some needs Within a day, we were in contact and got the process moving. Installation was done thoroughly, and all our questions were answered and we were also instructed well on the system before they left. Will definitely use again with out hesitation!

Flew in on a flight on my way home and swung by Best Buy to check on my options for an 85” TV. Was greeted by Bruce Shelton at the Anchorage Diamond Mall location. Was more than helpful, knowledgeable about what he was selling, and even helped me load the monstrosity into my vehicle. Will definitely be looking him up for future home entertainment needs. Joshua’s help with our project was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful in our several interactions. He listened to our concerns and recommended solutions that worked for us functionally and financially. There was a problem with timely delivery of the receiver. Josh personally delivered the item, to keep our project on schedule.

Matt provided much needed help. He corrected problem with sound bar and expedited the transition to YouTube. It replaced DISH which was one of the original objectives in acquiring the new tv. Everything ran better. In addition he continued to advise well beyond the minimum.

I really should give them 2 star rating , but the service was great from start to finish until I had another request to purchase and install another $1200 of inceiling speakers… contacted the installer Carlos no response…contacted Ed no response

I really want to say THANKS A LOT TO BRIAN CARLO because since he contact me he was so nice and really know what I want and what I really need for my house. Also very nice and polite and very profesional all the time and respond all my questions I had. Thanks Brian and also the team came to installed all my appliances laundry machine and dryer. Very profesional too!

We have ordered several appliances from Best Buy for our small business. Mike Holtz was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We received our orders on time and as described. He did the research and asked the right questions to fill our needs. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion.
