We were struggling with getting a quality microwave for our built-in cutout and depth. Thought we picked the right one, but it was out-of-stock. The sales person suggested having a home representative come to our house for help/advice. They sent their very best, and we got a better microwave at a better price. Was the BEST way to go, and we are VERY happy.

From start to finish, Alejandro picked up where he left off! We had the pleasure of working with him on our initial theatre set up and had some needs Within a day, we were in contact and got the process moving. Installation was done thoroughly, and all our questions were answered and we were also instructed well on the system before they left. Will definitely use again with out hesitation!

The representative that sold our appliances was excellent and gave us superb assistance and help with purchasing the appliances. He was also very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

Nerd team installed and set up my new TV in an efficient manner. I received a call a half hour before they arrived. Then, they unboxed my TV and continued to assemble the base and place it onto my cabinet. They set up the controls and modified it to my specifications. Best of all, they went through a tutorial to make sure I could operate the controls. Also, they answered my questions regarding updating my receiver and surround sound speakers. Overall, I am happy to recommend this service.

The gentleman that came to checkout what type of stove I could put in my space was extremely helpful. He called the store and had someone check out a particular stove and gave me all the info I needed. Unfortunately, I could not get what I needed. I had a new floor put in and told them not to put tile under my stove or dishwasher. The did this any way and now my slide in stove is about 3/4 in higher than my counter. I need a stove with dials ion the front because my exhaust fan is low on the wall behind the stove. He was extremely helpful and checked out as much as he could. He is a keeper. Thanks for great service.

Michael Clark's help was invaluable when I was unable to find an oven/microwave combo that would work in my kitchen. He tirelessly researched my possibilities and, after months of frustration, he was able to find a unit that would work. I now have a very versatile Frigidaire unit.

After getting A-1 customer service from the magnolia squad the geek squad came out and did a fantastic job on setting up the receiver and speakers! What I like about the gentlemen was they explained step by step of what they suggested to make the home theater experience the best for me and my set up!! Finally, the home consultation in the beginning with Steven was second to none!!!!! All of his suggestions was on point to having a great sounding theater experience!!! Thank you again!!!!

We needed help with our kitchen make over, Our expert helped us choose the appliances that were best suited for our kitchen. We really appreciate the one on one consultation, she answered all our questions and gave us some tips that weren’t aware of.

Had to replace my AVR and Harmony remote. Got to meet many of the BB team, and they all were experts. Brian B was very helpful designing the Savant system and integration for me. Chris E did a great job with the initial AVR install and discovered a bad audio board I would never have found on my own. Asif installed the replacement AVR. Anthony and Kendall did the custom Savant install and were patient explaining everything to my wife and I. Love the convenience and reliability of the new system. Great job.

We were looking for professional assistance in building a great entertainment system. Our consultant / home expert was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he put together a great entertainment system which we purchased but followed up on the installation to make sure we were completely happy. Have to mention the installation was excellent. End to end, a great team.

We were building our new home and the builder told us to pick our appliances. My wife wanted the same model(Samsung) company for all appliances in the home and Sam was there every step of the way from the many calls to the many text messages !! Shoaib gave us a clear understanding of our equipment needs in order to update home theater. At the store, he fully explained the equipment options that best suited our needs. His expertise and in depth knowledge took the stress out of our decisions and the installation.

Flew in on a flight on my way home and swung by Best Buy to check on my options for an 85” TV. Was greeted by Bruce Shelton at the Anchorage Diamond Mall location. Was more than helpful, knowledgeable about what he was selling, and even helped me load the monstrosity into my vehicle. Will definitely be looking him up for future home entertainment needs.
