It was a virtual consult which was difficult for me because I'm a Paraplegic. The last consult I had was in person and included in my subscription with Best buy. I feel I probably got too small a TV for what I wanted. Also no one said they would't push furniture around to clear a wall. Anyway the guys did a good job hanging the TV where I didn't particularly want it and got everything to work. Very disappointed with overall experience. Also needed an afternoon appointment, but no way of getting this. Poor communication. Just have to take your chances.
