Jason, my home advisor was great. He measured everything in the kitchen and gave me great advice. He listen to what I wanted and answered all my questions. No pressure at all and really good honest advice. It is a great service that Best Buys offers and Jason was very helpful. He did a great job.

Danarian was very friendly,polite and proffesional.He profusely applogized when he was late.I wish best buy had a furniture section.my experience purchasing items for my new home has been very good with ure reps.I haf given up on besybuy after having a bad encounter at one of the stores but with the employees new attitude im glad im still a best buy customer. I needed a receiver and speakers that would work best for my LP and Cd collection. Eric Gonzalez came to my house and customized a perfect system for me. He is so knowledgeable and was amazingly helpful. I love my system. He also helped me with my next upgrade-new TV and sound bar, which I will do later this year. Of course I will use Best Buy and hope to work with Eric again. You are so lucky to have him as your employee. Awesome consultant!!!

Tiffany was wonderful. Had an existing theater setup also purchased from Best Buy. was looking to add more surround and bass. Tiffany walked me through all the alternatives and pricing tiers. Ended up adding some new martin logan equipment and couldn't be more pleased.

We were looking for professional assistance in building a great entertainment system. Our consultant / home expert was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he put together a great entertainment system which we purchased but followed up on the installation to make sure we were completely happy. Have to mention the installation was excellent. End to end, a great team.

We have worked with Kurt Kath for a while now and during the last home office consultation, we decided to go for the best and ordered several new pieces of AV equipment. Thanks to Kurt's help, advice and guideance, we selected what would work in three different areas in our home. Kurt went out of his way to make the transition painless and sent the best technicians to do the install. We love Kurt! He's a great asset to Best Buy and is a keeper!

Had to replace my AVR and Harmony remote. Got to meet many of the BB team, and they all were experts. Brian B was very helpful designing the Savant system and integration for me. Chris E did a great job with the initial AVR install and discovered a bad audio board I would never have found on my own. Asif installed the replacement AVR. Anthony and Kendall did the custom Savant install and were patient explaining everything to my wife and I. Love the convenience and reliability of the new system. Great job.

Noted there was an e- gift card being given with a refrigerator purchase. We had bought that refrigerator 10 days ago so I asked if it qualified for the gift card. It took awhile and two different people but I received a credit for the card amount. Everyone I spoke with was extremely polite and understood exactly what I was asking.

I purchased new kitchen appliances they were very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what to purchase. They helped me select my delivery day and the install to be done in the same day. Some last minute changes to one of the appliance install times was made at random but with a few calls with Best Buy they were able to get it worked out the way it was originally scheduled. Overall a great experience and I will be purchasing again with them.

I was VERY happy with my free in-home consultation Best Buy provided. I buy a real lot of high end stuff at the Magnolia Room in West Hartford on a regular basis and this time around, I wanted someone to come out and help me determine the best locations for the center and ceiling speakers. The agent, Benjamin, was great and didn't try to upsell me tons of unnecessary things. In the end, I purchased a 75 inch QLED TV, Definitive Technology speakers (floor, center and ceiling) and EVERYTHING was delivered within two days and is perfect. I'd highly recommend.

Well i had the best associate ever Nishal was fantastic helping me get everything i need for my new home . He deserves a promotion right away . He walked me thru everything. So if anyone out there need a great representative ask for Nishal at best buy. He is the best person in the world.

Best Buy appliance manager suggested having an advisor come to the house to measure the space for a new washer and dryer. Due to the small area I decided to go ahead and have someone come out and measure and was very glad I did seeing that out of 3 washer/dryer combo's that we were looking at only one would actually fit the space. Matt completed the order for us, we paid and he scheduled the install dates all at our dining room table. So convenient.

We needed a new TV with surround sound mounted on the wall. The BB expert was extremely helpful and supplied excellent products. The installer was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and completed the install seemlessly. I am very pleased

Kelly Bathurst is a knowledgeable consultant and helped me enormously with my purchase of an A/V receiver and TV. She was also very responsive. I would recommend to anyone you ask for her in your pursuit of great sound and video.

Anton came to the house and looked at my existing systems and gave great recommendations for my new 77" OLED TV, security cameras, soundbar, sonos system and stove. After the installation was complete the technicians helped me program my phone and explained all the functions. I am thoroughly enjoying my new systems. Thanks so much!

We bought 2 refrigerators, a range, a dish washer, microwave and washer and dryer, a garbage disposal unit and a 43' TV. The consultant did all the leg work -- measured, gave us a proposal with good, better and best options for each appliance and, once we made our selections, she arranged for the delivery and installation. I couldn't be happier and think this is a wonderful service.

I was building a new home and wanted a nice tv room with surround sound but wasn’t sure how to go about it. I had a consultant come to the house who was very helpful laying things out and helping me decide on which components to use. I was in a time crunch to get things wired before insulation was installed. He was able to expedite the installation process for me. Now when the house is finished, I’ll have a Best Buy team install the components and make sure everything is working the way it should.

Mat, you were great to work with having to purchase a new Cook Top. You were very knowledgable about this item which helped making a choice for the replacement from the pre-measure to the installation. We needed help increasing our Wi-Fi quality to enable us to cut the cord and stream all entertainment. The gentleman came out to analyze what we needed and did a great job and was thorough and thoughtful. The two gentlemen that were with the geek squad and came to install the new Wi-Fi equipment were great. Tanner and DJ were very knowledgeable, friendly And efficient. I would highly recommend the program and particularly the installers sent to me.

We bought a TV that was constantly popping up a black screen that would stay for a few seconds. Thought it was probably a cable or connection issue and wasted time troubleshooting it ourselves. Went to Best Buy and a wonderful young woman set us up with a free consultation from the Geek Squad. Doug came out and within a minute, did some magic, just by adjusting settings and fiddling around with the remote. WE also ended up with a much better picture. Thanks, Best Buy, for some amazing customer service!
