We were trying to find the largest capacity front load washer and dryer pair that would fit the limited space we have. Our laundry fits in a closet in our downstairs bathroom and there is a line that runs behind to our central air conditioning. I had made all the measurements I could and basically wanted a second professional opinion to be sure the laundry pair we had chosen would fit. Brittany came out and measured as well and was confident they would work fine AND she was 100% correct. My wife is extremely pleased with our new LG front load washer and dryer pair.

This job went perfect from start to finish. My wife and I made several visits to the Lady Lake Best Buy store to learn about the latest TV technology and pricing. We had many questions and they were all handled confidently with no sales pressure, just facts. The final deal was made with William Mouat who rounded out the final details of wall mounting and installation. The install team did a great job and we are now enjoying our awesome TV!

I've been working with Stephen for over 2 years. Because of his product knowledge, professionalism, outstanding service and understanding of my needs and desires, I continue to work with him directly for all of my major Best Buy purchases. He's very easy to contact. I just send him a text message and he responds. He sets up my purchase, warranty, delivery and set-up or install. I'm super happy that this service is even available. It's nice to know that the person that serves me knows who I am.

Needed a lot of help with some entertainment questions.. had a few people from other companies stop by and just told me that have to redo my system or going to be expensive. Erin took the time to explain everything to me and what I should use or need for each situation/room I was inquiring about setting up speakers in… never felt pressured or in a rush to order things without having to think about it. My consultant arrived on time. He was very courteous and informed about my situation. My husband and I set up the appointment to learn what to do to 'cut the cable' and go wifi. We discussed smart TVs and the newer models arriving from China vice the more traditional brands like LG and Sony. We also discussed Roku and Kindle fire set up using my current TV which I hope to move to a different room. I didn't know anything about routers so I learned more about them and made a decision about which one. I have a us internet port and he told me to have it turned on before calling the Geek Squad out; I had informed him that each time I more I use the Geek Squad and planned to use them again. I had a great learning experience.

I really want to say THANKS A LOT TO BRIAN CARLO because since he contact me he was so nice and really know what I want and what I really need for my house. Also very nice and polite and very profesional all the time and respond all my questions I had. Thanks Brian and also the team came to installed all my appliances laundry machine and dryer. My Best Buy Geek Squad consultant Alex Claus -Murray and installer Scott Ewers were a pleasure to work with and were efficient and professional. They provided follow up service even after the install and price matched some items that had price reductions after my sale.

Joshua’s help with our project was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful in our several interactions. He listened to our concerns and recommended solutions that worked for us functionally and financially. There was a problem with timely delivery of the receiver. Josh personally delivered the item, to keep our project on schedule.

Having an in-home consultation has saved me a lot of work and helped me in a few ways. I'm not sure why I didn't avail myself of the service earlier, except that I thought someone would attempt to upsell me into something I didn't want or need. That hasn't happened. Instead, it allows me to take advantage of my consultant's expertise while also showing them where the product would or could go, rather than being confined to showroom conditions. I wind up being happier with my products as a result, and making a more informed decision to boot.

I reviewed various high end televisions and went to BestBuy for the purchase. What impressed me was, after our selection the sales associate suggested we have a home consultant visit to be sure the large screen TV would fit and that my sound system would be compatible. The visit was professional, the consultant very helpful and there was NO sales push. No need to get a new sound system and the television we selected would fit.

Thompson made the process very quick and easy over the phone making sure everything I was looking for was going to get done for the appointment and it turned out perfect. I went from buying a expensive TV to getting one that was cheaper and better quality due to Thompson making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Geek squad did a great job as well just setting up all my TVs and entertainment center.

Overall very helpful, but in-home consultant ordered wrong modem/router. Consultant did not recognize that I have DSL Internet service and that my modem is provided by Verizon, not Best Buy. As a result, the technician who came to install my computer spent an hour going to pick up the wrong modem/router. Because it was the wrong item, the installer spent another hour returning the modem/router to the store and getting me a refund. The in-home consultant also told me in writing that the technician who would come to install my computer would take my old computer away. This was wrong. The technician who installed my computer told me he could not take my computer away because it has personal information on it.

My in home consultant was Alexander Mars. He was so very nice, polite, and patient. He installed several ROKU systems for me, removed 3 Spectrum Boxes, got my Prime Video working on 9 TV sets. He was able to save me $100 monthly on my cable bill. He went over and beyond helping me (he even changed a battery in my thermostat that I couldn't reach). I'm keeping his number so that in the future I will request him again. He is certainly an asset to both Best Buy and your customers.

Mykhaylo was very nice and helpful. I was having trouble w/ streaming on my Samsung Smart TV (which was from 2015) and couldn't figure out why. As soon as I walked in Mykhaylo was right there to help and explain why I was having trouble with streaming. He guided me to a newer model of my older TV and it is fantastic! I am so happy with my new Samsung OLED TV and I am able to stream with ease.

My advisor was excellent. He came to the house, asked pertinent questions regarding likes/dislikes, goals, needs. He quickly assessed the situation and made very helpful recommendations. He gave both high end and under recommendations. Turn around time on a contract was quick. Questions were answered in a timely fashion. Set-up and installation was arranged to fit our schedule. I never once had to go into the store. It made it incredibly simple to see what we were purchasing with comparisons. I would do it again!

Our in-home consultant was courteous, attentive and really took the time to make sure we were taken care of. We had concerns about the measurements and whether the appliances we wanted would fit into our home because it’s not a large space, and he was reassuring and offered solutions that worked perfectly. We were able to call him directly with questions, and he responded promptly. All in all, it was a really positive experience, and we would definitely use the in-home consulting service again. Hard to believe it’s free, because it seems like something you’d normally have to pay extra for.

We wanted to add a sound bar and connect our VCR and CD player. We were able to do all that with a new Blue Ray while connecting my VCR new Blue ray and sound bar. Great experience. Two Geek Squad gentlemen came and connected everything with great results.

My wife and I wanted to update our TVs and audio one last time (we're old enough to assume these new sets will last us forever). Doing the research of what to buy was daunting, with all of the different models, specifications and reviews. We had a Best Buy consultant come in and review our house and make recommendations of what we needed going forward. He listened to what features/performance are important to us and made his recommendations. After I did my research, we agreed to almost all of his recommendations and we're enjoying big 4K screens!

I am doing a home theatre project. I do not want to comprise on Quality of Sound and Picture and the system has to be in my budget. Same with the home appliances as well. I contact Ismael to help with this project and he gave me multiple options and explained the Pros and cons of each item. He is very knowledgeable and reachable even at odd times and day offs if I have any questions. Really appreciate and thank his support.
