Our Best Buy consultant was central to our selection & purchase of a new Sony 4k OLED. He was professional, with depth & breadth in knowledge about TV technology, sound systems, & accessories. He even was familiar with the ancient generation of TV we currently own. We started out with minimal knowledge of current TV options. He answered all our questions and did not make us feel rushed. He helped us to understand pros and cons of different brands & technology nuances. We were surprised when he also answered our questions regarding integration of existing components and limitations those components might experience with the various technologies. He earned the respect of my engineer husband. We returned a couple days later to purchase our new TV, wall mount, cables & installation. We found the installers to be knowledgeable, professional, clean, and efficient. We are enjoying our new Sony 4K OLED TV more than we thought we would. The picture quality, color range, sound, and ease of integration with our prior components is impressive. And again, our experience with our BB consultant and installers was top notch.

After meeting Justin, I was so impressed, that I will use him for all of my electronic needs. I’ve also referred him to two friends to date and will continue.

I had an in home consultation for an Arlo system, then hax system installed

Techs were on time, polite, explained how to use purchase to my full benefit and, most important to me, clean. They wore paper booties, mask and didn't mark walls.

Mike came to my house and provided insights on the right TV selection for the space and guidance on mounting and installation.
