I called the Home Expert for added assurance that the measurements would be right and the best units for the space could be identified, recommended, and purchased. Right out of the gate the washer and dryer set I purchased wasn't available as promised as I found out by a no show delivery and installation appointment that the home expert set up. The delivery team I got the appointment notifications from didn't know of me as to have me on the schedule. It was very difficult to pursue and get communication back from the home expert as if he was hiding from me as for I had no choice to call per the horrible delivery and installation experiences I was having. It wasn't just him, it was all of BestBut including Geek Squad and the delivery teams. 5 appointments. Appointment #3 my units got delivered. By appointment #5 still wasn't installed. I ended up doing my own complete professional install. I feel the home expert as BestBuy says is in charge of the process from start to finish should of made the process a whole lot less painless than it was. From the start, promises made, fight and force promises to be kept, and still many not fulfilled by the home expert, Geek Squad, or delivery teams. BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T SHOP BESTBUY!!!
