    We wanted to get an accurate measurement for a built-in microwave to avoid any last-minute issues before installation. Jon came to our home within 24 hours and determined all was good to go. He was very pleasant and respectful of our property. He also gave us some great suggestions for our TV and Wi-Fi connection issues, which we plan to follow up on soon.

    We really appreciated the enthusiastic and friendly help we received by Daniel Mckim and his team from Geek Squad. He and his team moved our Wi-Fi router, cable, and CAT5 wiring to a more central location. Now every device we have has a strong connection to the Internet. Danny also stepped up when the new TV we bought developed HDMI connection problems. He arranged to have it replaced immediately. Danny and Geek Squad have been great to work with!

    Our consultant resolved my mistake

    We ordered a new refrigerator and through my own mistake, got one that didn’t fit. Working with Jeff, we reconfigured the order and Best Buy graciously swapped our new refrigerator for another that fit better for about the same price. It had the features we wanted as well so it was a great solution.

    My In Home Consultation was for a surround sound system. The representative who came out was very helpful and professional. He really listened to my needs and concerns and helped me create a wonderful sound system the works excellently in my home. I hoping the enjoy this for years to come. On the other hand, the representative also promised to be on hand/site the day of install should any problems arise. We were also going to add extended service contracts to my new equipment, but the representative did not show up and did not respond to messages left. There were no problems during the install process and the two installers were excellent, for which I was very greatful. I ended up just returning to my local Best Buy store to purchase the contracts. So, great process intially with not so great follow through.

    I have been a loyal Elite customer with Buy Geek / Geek Squad for over 13 years, purchasing both personal and business items. Throughout my time as a customer, I have appreciated the high level of service and support that initially drew me to your company. However, I have noticed that recently years the service and support have not met my expectations, especially regarding customer service and technical support via chat & phone. For example, during my last three attempts to reach someone through online chat or phone, I experienced significant delays in response and was eventually disconnected each time without receiving assistance. This has led to considerable frustration and lost time and money, as I was unable to resolve my issues or follow up effectively. Additionally, I am finding it increasingly difficult to understand the benefits of purchasing Best Buy Tech Support, as the terms, warranty coverage, and what is included seem to change frequently. I value the relationship I have built with Buy Geek / Geek Squad over the years and have had many positive experiences in the past. I would appreciate it if you could clarify what benefits I should expect as an Elite customer or be a loyal best Buy customer, including current details on warranty coverage and technical support options. I hope we can work together to resolve these concerns. I look forward to your response and a resolution that reflects the long-standing partnership we have had.

    Not a great experience!

    The installation took longer than was allotted and our installer became frustrated by our questions. It was obvious he wanted to finish and get to his next job. It was not a pleasant experience for us or the installer! We had been told that our installer would be able to show us how to work the sound bar we purchased. But he didn’t want to and it became obvious he didn’t know how to do what we wanted. We bought the sound bar to help increase voices and decease background noise. In his defense he did activate something on the sound bar but it was not what we needed. First and foremost, he was not allotted enough time to do his job properly! Which meant he wasn’t able to install and help us lean to use the 2 TVs and sound bar. Also. we had been told that we would have a Geek Sqad installer but he was an independent contractor. Overall, everything was installed but it was not a good experience and left us with many questions.

    I wasn’t sure the appliances I wanted would work in my current space. Brandon, my BB Home Consultant, took the guesswork out of my product choices. I also wanted to upgrade my TVs and didn’t know which type would work in my space. He helped with new larger TV in family room and new wall mount in bedroom. I had put off making changes in appliances and TV due to my lack of knowledge and overwhelming choices. Wish I had tapped into this great resource sooner. I appreciated the time Brandon spent explaining everything and the follow up on the installation.

    Our Tech answered questions as to possibly getting a ROKO as well as helping us decide on a few other items. Among those items was a sound bar that would allow us to lower the background music as it is distracting and we can't hear the speech well. He also recommended a refrigerator for us as our old one needed to be replaced.

    Mykhaylo was very nice and helpful. I was having trouble w/ streaming on my Samsung Smart TV (which was from 2015) and couldn't figure out why. As soon as I walked in Mykhaylo was right there to help and explain why I was having trouble with streaming. He guided me to a newer model of my older TV and it is fantastic! I am so happy with my new Samsung OLED TV and I am able to stream with ease.

    We needed help for a samsung refrigerator, dryer & washer. The BestBuy associate “NAHUM” at West Oak store was courteous, helpful, people friendly & very knowledgeable. “REBECCA BRAXTON” consultation home expert was really great. She informed us about the appliances we purchased. Help us a lot too.

    My sales in home sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made shopping for my kitchen appliances a very pleasant experience He thoroughly explained all the details of the products and the installation requirements so that the purchase, delivery schedule and installation went very smoothly. I will gladly use Best Buy again and recommend Best Buy to a friend.

    Derek was wonderful to work with as he was knowledgeable about dishwashers, comparing the brands and answered all my follow-up questions. Derek and the sales team was most helpful and worked with me on the delivery, install and removal of the old dishwasher. I would highly recommend Derek and Best Buy. The dishwasher is meeting my expectations. Thank You.

    Hilarie was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for. She gave us quite a few options to choose from. We got a tv and sonos bar with surround system. My only wish is that we could have gone to the store to actually hear the speakers before we purchased them. However, as far as Hilarie, she was great.

    Christian scheduled my home consult while I was in the store. We needed to confirm I had the space for the new washer and dryer. After confirming my space was adequate, he was able to discuss the models further so I purchased them right then with his help in the comfort of my home. He stayed in touch throughout the delivery/installation proves. THEn, when the set went on sale I sent him a text and he got me a credit on my bill for the difference! That is customer service.

    Thompson made the process very quick and easy over the phone making sure everything I was looking for was going to get done for the appointment and it turned out perfect. I went from buying a expensive TV to getting one that was cheaper and better quality due to Thompson making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Geek squad did a great job as well just setting up all my TVs and entertainment center.

    We started building our new home in 2019 and went online to reach out to a In-Home Consultant. Lorenzo took our call and came to the construction site. Lorenzo is polite, listened to our concerns, and is very professional and knows electronics. He was with us to the final phase of our installation, which had to be done at different times due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I highly recommend giving Lorenzo a call to meet all your in-home needs from security cameras (indoor/outdoor) ceiling and wall speakers, over the fireplace TV mounting, etc...

    This job went perfect from start to finish. My wife and I made several visits to the Lady Lake Best Buy store to learn about the latest TV technology and pricing. We had many questions and they were all handled confidently with no sales pressure, just facts. The final deal was made with William Mouat who rounded out the final details of wall mounting and installation. The install team did a great job and we are now enjoying our awesome TV!

    I needed a followup orientation to navigating the new LG TV installed 2 weeks ago. The Geek team that came were patient, took my lead in showing me what I needed and wanted to learn. They were also encouraging that I will be able to handle everything the system offers. I feel confident that I can rely on their response again if I need them.
