Adam did a nice job with the recommendations for the initial home visit. We ended up changing TV’s due to the direct light, but everything else we ended up installing. Also liked his follow up after the install. A nice touch.

The usual too much talk that's beyond polite, that's pre-scripted and flowery. People (it is a real person 'talking' in the chat box, isn't it?) who when told the washer was not level and wobbles when it spins the clothes, comes back to ask if there's a problem with the dishwasher. Really, did they just say that???? Will the people who come out to 'fix' the washer be as dumb as that too?

Christian was an absolute subject matter expert helping us pick out the right tv, sound system, and mount. Zero pressure
