Amanda was knowledgeable in providing security system information. Also, she was very diligent in coordinating the installation process. Very helpful.

Nick is always pleasant and very willing to assist in any way and at any convenient time. He always responds and is always helping in our best interests.

We had a consultation with Andrew, he was personable. The technician who was to install the equipment, Brendan, was not a good representative for Best Buy. He told us that everything done previously had been done wrong. The soundbar which Best Buy had installed was no good. Basically, we as the customer, were in error and he was the victim. We do not know who was the supervisor in our purchase, but we do know we were meant to feel as if we had done something wrong. That is never a good position for customer, as they don't forget that kind of slight. We write letters. We wrote to the Goleta store manager and the Geek Squad manager.
