We replaced our builder's grade appliances with upgraded Samsung appliances. At first we were a bit confused and overwhelmed with making our selections. Garson Beers was our expert consultant. He guided us through the process, got us the best appliances according to our preferences, at the best price. He really knows his business, we are very pleased.

Bought a stove and needed advice on buying a slim microwave that would go above the stove. We also will need a refrigerator soon. We have an older house which will present some problems with the newer models. Alex came to the house and made careful measurements so we can be comfortable when we decide to buy. We would certainly seek Alex's help again

Scott was excellent! Fantastic customer service, communication, and technical expertise. He also let me know that if at any point I ran into issues I could contact him directly and he would take care of me. Scott provided the best overall experience that I have had from a supplier ever.

Alvin was very knowledgeable and professional (not pushy either) and listened well before quickly devising the right combination of product and pricing that fit our security needs. We wanted an effective security camera(s) while balancing “how they would appear” on our front house. Since we were unsure about which products, Alvin and I worked together to suggest Option 1 and Option 2 product selected

We were recommended to use Megan, an in-home consultant, when we were in need of a new dishwasher. She was fabulous! She ensured what we wanted would fit in the space we had, gave us tips on care, followed up to ensure the install went well. We will definitely use her again. Thank you Megan!

Nerd team installed and set up my new TV in an efficient manner. I received a call a half hour before they arrived. Then, they unboxed my TV and continued to assemble the base and place it onto my cabinet. They set up the controls and modified it to my specifications. Best of all, they went through a tutorial to make sure I could operate the controls. Also, they answered my questions regarding updating my receiver and surround sound speakers. Overall, I am happy to recommend this service.

The Geek Squad installed our new 82" QLED Samsung TV with new receiver and 4K Blue-ray player. They also installed a route and modem to make our house more user friendly with our existing computers. They made sure everything was working before they left and that we knew how to use everything. This was a major upgrade from our 12 year old Samsung TV that was top of the line when we bought it and still going strong. The cleaned everything and removed all boxes before they left. Also left business cards so we could contact them should we have questions. Greatly appreciated all their hard work.

Scott Hill was very good at adapting to my level of knowledge. He started out very basic, and once he learned that I was a certified IT architect, he quickly switched to a much deeper level of explanation of what would work and why it would work. I enjoyed working with Scott, he did not waste my time. He also understood the world of TV Monitors as well as the home video/sound systems.

I reviewed various high end televisions and went to BestBuy for the purchase. What impressed me was, after our selection the sales associate suggested we have a home consultant visit to be sure the large screen TV would fit and that my sound system would be compatible. The visit was professional, the consultant very helpful and there was NO sales push. No need to get a new sound system and the television we selected would fit.

After getting A-1 customer service from the magnolia squad the geek squad came out and did a fantastic job on setting up the receiver and speakers! What I like about the gentlemen was they explained step by step of what they suggested to make the home theater experience the best for me and my set up!! Finally, the home consultation in the beginning with Steven was second to none!!!!! All of his suggestions was on point to having a great sounding theater experience!!! Thank you again!!!!

I needed help with purchasing a refrigerator fitting in a small space. Brian Edson was there to assist and he was great. Came and took measurements and gave me options. Order was placed and arrived in a timely manner. Refrigerator was installed, old one removed. Special thanks to Brian Edson for his courtesy and patience and to a great team at BestBuy.

Needed a lot of help with some entertainment questions.. had a few people from other companies stop by and just told me that have to redo my system or going to be expensive. Erin took the time to explain everything to me and what I should use or need for each situation/room I was inquiring about setting up speakers in… never felt pressured or in a rush to order things without having to think about it. I needed a home theater set up and additional tv’s. Matt made the entire process seamless and took such a huge weight off my shoulders. Everything went smoothly from booking the initial appointment, Matt reaching out before the appointment and then when we met he listened to all my needs and ordered everything I needed. We recently purchased Arlo solar panels to assist us in keeping our Arlo Pro 4 cameras fully charged. The tech that installed these panels did an excellent job in the placement of the solar panels so that our security cameras are constantly charged and no longer need to be charged manually. If you purchase security cameras I would highly recommend getting the solar panels to ensure your cameras are always operational.

The team that installed my subwoofer and balanced my sound system were awesome. Best Buy’s value proposition is not just the service but the quality of people the employ.

I am doing a home theatre project. I do not want to comprise on Quality of Sound and Picture and the system has to be in my budget. Same with the home appliances as well. I contact Ismael to help with this project and he gave me multiple options and explained the Pros and cons of each item. He is very knowledgeable and reachable even at odd times and day offs if I have any questions. Really appreciate and thank his support.

I had 2 consultants deliver and mount my new television. They also transferred another television from our living room to the bedroom. Meticulous and made sure things were done right. Took the time to make further recommendations for the best home theater set up. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were.

I've worked with Chris Sanchez getting a new TV & audio system. He has always been very helpful. Installation was great. Chris and Marcel Golden came to my home to fine tune the system and gave me thorough instructions on using my new Savant univeral remote. I love these guys. I'm sold on Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

Matt was an excellent advisor for our TV selection. He walked us through several options. What was the best was that he stopped by our home to examine the layout to be sure we were buying the most appropriate TV for our cable connections. He was such a wonderful help, especially since the gift was a surprise for my husband's 89th birthday!
