We needed guidance on a new sound system for basement and patio and we got great ideas on how and what to purchase.

Cavin arrived to his consultation on time and was super friendly. I gave him a list of things I wanted but needed his help picking specific products. When the tech came to mount my TV, he said that the in-wall wire concealment kit was not going to work on an exterior wall, and that the salesman should have known that. Also, Cavin forgot to include the security system I asked for. I sent him a chat asking for it to be added. He said he would do so but never did, and then didn't respond to any of my follow up messages or calls.
