I needed help to get rid of a notification from McAfee their anti-virus protection had ended on my Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i which froze my laptop. The phone agent was unable to resolve the issue, I had to go to an in-store appointment on a very bad weather day to get the problem fixed. I was disappointed the agent on the phone knew very little about the commands on my Yoga Pro 9i which was why he wasn't able to take care of the problem remotely. In fact, I found out from the in-store agent that he had given me incorrect directions which is why I could not fix the problem with remote assistance.

Hollie was very nice and helpful. She helped me pick out exactly what I needed and I can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Disappointed that the top cutlery rack of the Bosch 300 Series dishwasher is so difficult to slide in and out. And the door seems to have a mind of its own - it's very heavy and seems to want to stay 100% open or 100% closed; it doesn't like partial positions. I wanted a higher end model when I went looking, but they weren't available anywhere. I guess I'm happy they weren't, because spending even more than I spent would have made me even less satisfied with the brand.

The boys came in and installed the TV and Ring cameras. They were quick and courteous. Ed lined us up before hand and everything went well
