We moved from out of state and didn’t know who would help us with our audio/visual needs. Brad was awesome and handled all our needs!

Was looking to buy all new appliances so stopped into Best Buy. Timing was right and was also looking to get a new home theater system, 85” TV and mount another TV. While at Best Buy they said “hey we can just send someone to your house, do measurements, go over everything and they are your one contact during the whole proceess”. This sounded amazing since I knew this would be numerous deliveries and installations. Best Buy representative came out within a week or so and was very polite, informative and got everything done for me. He said that he would schedule all deliveries and if there we “any issues” he would be my one contact and take care of all of that. Well, I had issues. Deliveries had to get moved, items went on backorder, and this is no slam on Best Buy. I get these things happen. I tried to contact my representative. I got ahold of him one and he said he was going to get all this fixed, was on it and said he would call me back. Never did. I text him, called him numerous times for a about a week. Nothing. I eventually called Best Buy customer service and did everything myself, waiting on hold a lot, I mean a lot, but got everything done. Great concept, my situation just did not go well. Like I said nothing negative about Best Buy, I get everything there, but this service was not what I expected.

Don't know alot about desktop computers and Nick explained everything, answered all my questions. Definitely see him again for next Home electronics
