I needed help choosing a home security system and extending my wifi to handle all my connected devices. Megan Lee was my in home advisor and expert.

Jacob was easy to work with, knowledgeable, had good suggestions. He was on time and responded to emails and texts in a timely way as well.

Russell came well prepared for our in-house consultation, very knowledgeable about our washer and dryer options. The overall experience was just Ok because when the installers came they said it was company policy not to do the installation unless some water valves were previously changed in our house. The actual valve replacement but not a big issue, but show we have known this in advanced we could have hire a plumber do the work prior to the installers coming home. I’d suggest having a sales consultant and tech installer conducting joint visits
