I really enjoyed working with Aymee Scott to select a whole new kitchen and laundry appliance package for my fixer upper house. She was very knowledgeable about the different options and helped me narrow down my choices. I really appreciated her preparing a few different quotes and making sure I was getting the best deals. Overall, working with a consultant was so much easier than trying to wade through endless choices on my own!

Literally one of the best experiences in my life working with Daniel. Product knowledge and customer service is beyond anything I've every dealt with at any company as a consumer. Working through this purchasing process with Daniel has 100% made me a lifetime customer. Best buy should be proud to have quality like him at the organization.

Andrew has been fantastic! He has been helpful and patient at every point helping a DIY project that had some clearly complex constraints. Andrew was knowledgeable and helped formulate multiple options when coming up against a roadblock. I could not have done this project without him.

Terry is awesome ...... sorted out a lot of problems for us. We have pushed a lot of business through him and honestly, I question some of the behind the scenes help / customer service. Thankfully Terry is always on hand and nothing is too much trouble for him. As long as Terry is there I will continue shopping with Best Buy in Mooresville.

I was in charge of purchasing a new video projector for a club and was referred to Ross. I was very happy with all the questions he asked to match our needs with the right projector within our budget. Extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

I was looking for guidance in what products to go with. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and stayed withen my budget. Im super happy with everything he spec out.

We needed some kitchen appliances for the house and Christina was great in helping us pick out the appliances. She came to the house and took care of the measurements for the appliances to make sure it would fit. She was so knowledgeable and we were amazed she knew her appliances.

We needed help with a dishwasher and microwave replacements, one after the other. Duane was great with measuring and advising us on which appliances would fit and meet our needs best. He is personable and not pushy, but clear and has lots of experience to draw on. So great to work with. We had our daughter use his services and he was equally excellent in helping her. HIs number is on our speed dial for our next appliance needs.

My in home consultant was Alexander Mars. He was so very nice, polite, and patient. He installed several ROKU systems for me, removed 3 Spectrum Boxes, got my Prime Video working on 9 TV sets. He was able to save me $100 monthly on my cable bill. He went over and beyond helping me (he even changed a battery in my thermostat that I couldn't reach). I'm keeping his number so that in the future I will request him again. He is certainly an asset to both Best Buy and your customers.

I've worked with Kyle and Geek Squad for many years across several homes and have always found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. Also, I've been a Total Tech Support member for many years and would recommend this service.

Matthew was great to work with. This isn't my first time working with him and every time I find something I need at Best Buy he is the only person I ask for. Even when I don't know what I am talking about he is super understanding and helps me figure it out. He knows a lot about everything Best Buy has to offer.

The gentleman that came to checkout what type of stove I could put in my space was extremely helpful. He called the store and had someone check out a particular stove and gave me all the info I needed. Unfortunately, I could not get what I needed. I had a new floor put in and told them not to put tile under my stove or dishwasher. The did this any way and now my slide in stove is about 3/4 in higher than my counter. I need a stove with dials ion the front because my exhaust fan is low on the wall behind the stove. He was extremely helpful and checked out as much as he could. He is a keeper. Thanks for great service.

I’ve been working with Joseph for quite a few years now, he has been the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at Best Buy. He is very knowledgeable and will not stir you the wrong way. He doesn’t only help with big purchases, he helps with all sorts of purchases and inquiries. Thank you Joseph for all your hard work and help throughout the year.

We were trying to find the largest capacity front load washer and dryer pair that would fit the limited space we have. Our laundry fits in a closet in our downstairs bathroom and there is a line that runs behind to our central air conditioning. I had made all the measurements I could and basically wanted a second professional opinion to be sure the laundry pair we had chosen would fit. Brittany came out and measured as well and was confident they would work fine AND she was 100% correct. My wife is extremely pleased with our new LG front load washer and dryer pair.

My consultant arrived on time. He was very courteous and informed about my situation. My husband and I set up the appointment to learn what to do to 'cut the cable' and go wifi. We discussed smart TVs and the newer models arriving from China vice the more traditional brands like LG and Sony. We also discussed Roku and Kindle fire set up using my current TV which I hope to move to a different room. I didn't know anything about routers so I learned more about them and made a decision about which one. I have a us internet port and he told me to have it turned on before calling the Geek Squad out; I had informed him that each time I more I use the Geek Squad and planned to use them again. I had a great learning experience.

Needed new microwave after 3yr old ge profile busted. John helped with exacting measurements for builtin. 3 mos later install of frigidaire style fit perfectly. Thank you John!
