Working with Sarah has been nothing but phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products that Best Buy sells and is the most patient person and answering all your questions. Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure that you understand exactly what you are getting and that it will fit your needs. I highly recommend working with Sarah and Best Buy.

Tyler was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and helped to show all the latest products. I went in for a different system and tyler talked me into a better setup. It was overall a great experience.

We ordered a new refrigerator and through my own mistake, got one that didn’t fit. Working with Jeff, we reconfigured the order and Best Buy graciously swapped our new refrigerator for another that fit better for about the same price. It had the features we wanted as well so it was a great solution.

Matt provided much needed help. He corrected problem with sound bar and expedited the transition to YouTube. It replaced DISH which was one of the original objectives in acquiring the new tv. Everything ran better. In addition he continued to advise well beyond the minimum.

We are very happy with our new appliances and was most appreciative of the advice and information that Kristi was able to give us regarding different brands and the advantages each provided. She was always available and most gracious with her time.

Hilarie was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for. She gave us quite a few options to choose from. We got a tv and sonos bar with surround system. My only wish is that we could have gone to the store to actually hear the speakers before we purchased them. However, as far as Hilarie, she was great.

Matt was an excellent advisor for our TV selection. He walked us through several options. What was the best was that he stopped by our home to examine the layout to be sure we were buying the most appropriate TV for our cable connections. He was such a wonderful help, especially since the gift was a surprise for my husband's 89th birthday!

We had first contacted our in home consultant, Rommel, regarding a new stove and microwave for our home. Shortly thereafter our dryer stopped working and we needed a new one. I contacted Rommel in a panic to see if he could assist. AND HE DID. He looked up our previous model, fit us with the most appropriate dryer, and scheduled delivery and installation in less than 48 hours! Rommel is TOP NOTCH. We look forward to working with him again for our appliance needs.

This is a great service. The representative, Kevin, called me in advance to introducde himself over the phone and confirm my appointment time, then called upon arrival as requested. He was very knowledgable and spent the time finding what matched our needs. He even helped to "price match" to get us the best pricing on our system. I am very happy with this service - just another Best Buy perk as I've always had nothing but excellent customer service and never any issues with returns or warranties! I look forward to install of my system - thank you for all your help Kevin & Best Buy!

Literally one of the best experiences in my life working with Daniel. Product knowledge and customer service is beyond anything I've every dealt with at any company as a consumer. Working through this purchasing process with Daniel has 100% made me a lifetime customer. Best buy should be proud to have quality like him at the organization.

We needed help for a samsung refrigerator, dryer & washer. The BestBuy associate “NAHUM” at West Oak store was courteous, helpful, people friendly & very knowledgeable. “REBECCA BRAXTON” consultation home expert was really great. She informed us about the appliances we purchased. Help us a lot too.

Terry is awesome ...... sorted out a lot of problems for us. We have pushed a lot of business through him and honestly, I question some of the behind the scenes help / customer service. Thankfully Terry is always on hand and nothing is too much trouble for him. As long as Terry is there I will continue shopping with Best Buy in Mooresville.

I wanted to cut my cable and upgrade my home network so my household could work at home and stream more smoothly. Noe, my consultant, picked a great mesh system that was very reasonably priced and works great! And I now have Roku for streaming and my cable bill is gone. This equipment will be paid for with the reduced bills in no time. I couldn't be happier!

I've worked with Chris Sanchez getting a new TV & audio system. He has always been very helpful. Installation was great. Chris and Marcel Golden came to my home to fine tune the system and gave me thorough instructions on using my new Savant univeral remote. I love these guys. I'm sold on Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

I’ve been working with Joseph for quite a few years now, he has been the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at Best Buy. He is very knowledgeable and will not stir you the wrong way. Our planned consultation with the Home Expert, Mike in the Appliance Section of the Green Bay, WI store, was a VERY Pleasent Experience for us. Our Expert New Everything about washers and dryers that we needed. There was not one thing he could not answer. We were totally happy without any doubts whatsoever with our decision to purchase what we did. The Store should be very very happy to have such an informed person working for them. Nothing but A+A+A+A+A+A+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiffany was wonderful. Had an existing theater setup also purchased from Best Buy. was looking to add more surround and bass. Tiffany walked me through all the alternatives and pricing tiers. Ended up adding some new martin logan equipment and couldn't be more pleased.

You should hire Lisa Evans - I don’t care what your business is but you need her. Her professionalism, emotional intelligence, technical focus, company advocacy, and customer focus is unparalleled. The advice and consultation was so beyond (unexpectedly so for Best Buy) my expectations I didn’t even consider price checking or comparing wit other shops. Best Buy should reward employees like Lisa and I am happy to talk in person about why that is the case. Thank you Lisa and I hope you see this review.

This is a great service. We were in the store trying to figure out which washer and dryer pair would fit best in our house. The salesperson suggested BestBuy would send a consultant that would figure it out for us. Glen Balagna came to the house, took the measurements and went to the store to verify that the washer lid had enough room to open given an overhanging cabinet. He then wrote the order and it fit well when delivered.
