Didn't know what to expect from a consultant. Now I don't know how I got by without one.

We purchased two large TVs, accessories delivery and installation. Total about $9k. Scheduled installation. Salesperson assured us that despite BB scheduling apparently initially assigning a 7A-7P slot, that at/after 11AM would be fine. I made sure this note was in the system at time of sale, a week later via the 1-800 number, again at the store in person with my sales consultant 3days prior to anticipated install. On day of install, BB reportedly shows up at my door at 8:45 AM. I call at 11 AM to ask when they will return. Reply: 10 days is the earliest; and yes, we saw your 11 AM note in the file. Zero attempt at recovery (other than rescheduling 10 days later). Scheduling department wouldn't do anything other than schedule 10 days later and that a manager would call in the next day. I returned the few items I had (speaker cable, AppleTV, HDMI cable,..) to the store - and asked for entire refund of the $9k. I expected someone to "try to make it right." Nobody interested. But one BB associate said:' I'll make sure to let your salesperson know. Apparently, the management is powerless and or uninterested in customer service or the sale. Also, I received a couple seemingly automatic emails that assumed my installation was complete. The best one was from my salesperson thanking me and saying I hoped I enjoyed my new tech. Finally, despite me taking time to point out the issues in emails, in-person and survey ... there still is zero follow-up from BB. Very disappointing.
