Seemed to want to gain our trust and guide thru a transitional experience. They are busy and hard to get to return calls. Once even left me waiting all day long to confirm a reschedule/missed appointment by a crew member. Made me wonder, even during COVID-19 or especially during such, as to there healthfulness, dependability, and follow through. Backup is probably needed on those kinds of issues. My adjustments are ongoing with some medical considerations.
