I wanted to cut my cable and upgrade my home network so my household could work at home and stream more smoothly. Noe, my consultant, picked a great mesh system that was very reasonably priced and works great! And I now have Roku for streaming and my cable bill is gone. This equipment will be paid for with the reduced bills in no time. I couldn't be happier!

Having an in-home consultation has saved me a lot of work and helped me in a few ways. I'm not sure why I didn't avail myself of the service earlier, except that I thought someone would attempt to upsell me into something I didn't want or need. That hasn't happened. Instead, it allows me to take advantage of my consultant's expertise while also showing them where the product would or could go, rather than being confined to showroom conditions. I wind up being happier with my products as a result, and making a more informed decision to boot.

To put it in a nutshell, Che made my vision of total home Audio Visual desires become more than my expectations a reality!!! He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was great to work with, and made it easy! He is an asset to your company!! Thanks Che, I will definitely refer any of my family & friends to you for their Audio Visual needs!

Moving into a new (to us) home was pretty challenging to try and map out how we wanted to outfit our house with all the tech we wanted to make it our own. Signing up for Totaltech was the best purchase I made because every agonizing detail was reviewed and considered by each member of the team. By far my favorite customer service experience of all time. Staff is 11/10 will recommend.

My advisor was excellent. He came to the house, asked pertinent questions regarding likes/dislikes, goals, needs. He quickly assessed the situation and made very helpful recommendations. He gave both high end and under recommendations. Turn around time on a contract was quick. Questions were answered in a timely fashion. Set-up and installation was arranged to fit our schedule. I never once had to go into the store. It made it incredibly simple to see what we were purchasing with comparisons. I would do it again!

I am very pleased with the overall process and would do it again . Our consultant assisted us with almost every room in the house. Our consultant was professional, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of our questions with urgency and compassion. Very happy with the process and Best Buy!

Overall very helpful, but in-home consultant ordered wrong modem/router. Consultant did not recognize that I have DSL Internet service and that my modem is provided by Verizon, not Best Buy. As a result, the technician who came to install my computer spent an hour going to pick up the wrong modem/router. Because it was the wrong item, the installer spent another hour returning the modem/router to the store and getting me a refund. The in-home consultant also told me in writing that the technician who would come to install my computer would take my old computer away. This was wrong. The technician who installed my computer told me he could not take my computer away because it has personal information on it.

My install went very smooth due to the knowledge and experience Jordan has, I think. He explained how to use it and answered my questions quickly and professionally. What an awesome guy. He knows what he’s doing and is so polite and pleasant. He definitely enjoys his job!

Rob was very professional, informative and friendly and helped us pick out what would work best for us. He patiently answered all my questions and was even available after our appointment for any questions or changes until our installation. He made it all very easy!!!!!

I’ve bought TVs from Best Buy before and like a particular one, so I was looking for that tv but larger for an upgrade. I was unable to decide between sizes . I m always in the store and familiar with a few of the employees. Having a in home consultation made me understand which size would work best in the room. It also really educated me on how to choose a tv for the quality. My advisor asked about my budget and would recommend the best for what I wanted to spent. Definitely glad all the employees at Best Buy recommended a consultation.

My wife and I wanted to update our TVs and audio one last time (we're old enough to assume these new sets will last us forever). Doing the research of what to buy was daunting, with all of the different models, specifications and reviews. We had a Best Buy consultant come in and review our house and make recommendations of what we needed going forward. He listened to what features/performance are important to us and made his recommendations. After I did my research, we agreed to almost all of his recommendations and we're enjoying big 4K screens!

They were very helpful. Took pride in their work and were super clean. At the end of the install, they took the time to teach me how to work everything and made sure I was comfortable with my new equipment. Highly Recommend!

We were very pleased with consultation portion of our purchase. We were disappointed with the instillation process. The Geek Squad was to have met Vision at 8:30 on the morning of install. Geek did not arrive until 2 hours later. Geek was concerned about their next appointment and didn't complete the process. Had to have another appointment to complete the process.

We wanted to improve our internet stability and speed. Add arrived on time he was polite and professional reviewed our situation and made a recommendation. I was skeptical but he promised I would be pleased. We're very pleased with the performance of our new mesh network.

I wanted aTV for the living room of our new home with a sound bar and great wifi. Terry was a tremendous help in selecting what we needed and was aware of the neighborhood limitations. He was pleasant, professional, knew his stuff and helped us get exactly what we wanted. I would refer him to anyone without reservation

Our advisor, Shane, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We weren't sure of the appropriate locations in our large family room to obtain the best sound for the rear speakers and the bass module. She was able to help us select the proper equipment and locations appropriate for our size family room. She also helped us order all the brackets, etc. that may be needed and made our appointment with the Geek Squad for the installation. She even followed up with us after the install to ensure we were satisfied with our new system. Will use this service again!

MR ERIN ELECTRICANwas very helpful in deciding what works to my needs.I am 70 know what I want and need but don't have the savey to pick the right products of what to buy. The new programs rolling out on October 5 will be savings on installations. So he advice me to wait to see how much more I can save.My proposal of 1500 could be less and he can put my order in on Tuesday. Maybe add to the order. So he went the extra mile to make the deal pleasant.E

Nothing but excellent customer service and explained what he was looking for and at. Asked questions while listing to what has been happening the last year to the Dishwasher. He is a excellent associate representative of Best Buy. I have and will continue to recommend Best Buy to family and friends of this kind of customer service.

Our in-home consultant was courteous, attentive and really took the time to make sure we were taken care of. We had concerns about the measurements and whether the appliances we wanted would fit into our home because it’s not a large space, and he was reassuring and offered solutions that worked perfectly. We were able to call him directly with questions, and he responded promptly. All in all, it was a really positive experience, and we would definitely use the in-home consulting service again. Hard to believe it’s free, because it seems like something you’d normally have to pay extra for.

My new t.v and sound system are outstanding, but the service I received was even better. Ashley my in home advisor set me up with exactly what I needed and continuously checked in with me leading up to my install date. She even dropped items to my home on Sunday and her day off. Joe my installer and his assistant arrived promptly and walked me through the entire process, even recommending other items which saved me at the end. They even did extra services for me that we’re not in the original order. This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad to my home. I will be back!
