delivery problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My products are good. However, I had to reschedule 3 times due to staffing or product availability. I left several messages for Kurt and he was only helpful once and didn't return my other phone calls for questions, concerns, etc. The only way you are notified if something is wrong is by a very GENERAL TEXT message regarding your delivery. When the delivery was suppose to happen, the text message stated 12-7, and they came at 9:30. Great team that assisted with delivery and set up.

But after that I try to contact home several time via text and phone call but he never answered back to me
