I purchased an oven and a dryer with the help of Ms. Sanchez and was happy with the purchase. Since my laundry area is very limited, she recommended a model and indicated that BestBuy installer should be able to install it. The installers delivered the dryer but told me they couldn't install it. I had to call a handy twice to install the unit. When I mentioned it to Ms. Sanchez, she said she would refund me $50 for the inconvenience but that never happened. And she stopped responding to my inquiry after that.
