Geek Squad installed 65" TV professional. They followed the dimensions and were a pleasure to work with.

I had planned for 4 TV's to be worked on. Install a new 52 inch TV, add a Roku to 2 TV's removing the cable boxes, move a 42 inch TV to a different location, remove an older 20 inch TV and install mount for the 42 inch TV to be transferred. Additionally, I was adding a sound bar, adding 2 antenna, and installing 2 ceiling speakers. The order was an issue from the beginning. When it wasn't scheduled for more than a week I contacted the consultant and he made a phone call. Several days later I received a schedule for the work to be completed by my need date. The first sign of trouble was when no one showed up for the speaker install. And, there was no call to reschedule or other action. I went to the local Best Buy store/Geek Squad counter and asked what was going on. I was told there was an issue with scheduling the order and it would have to be cancelled and rescheduled. Mind you, for more than a week before I was calling the consultant and not receieving a response. Finally, I had an independent contractor install the speakers and I cancelled the order with Geek Squad. I finally received a scheduled date for the TV work which was on the morning of my family arriving from out of town. I continued to call the consultant and never received a response. I finally cancelled the new 52 inch TV along with the install of the 42 inch TV and the associated mount hardware and labor. The work was finally performed to add the Roku's and install the sound bar. I still haven't heard from the consultant.

We were out of our league and Brian figured it out right away. He solved our audio problem and the installation crew was great.
