We've been wondering what's the best option for us in choosing the best appliance. With our consultation with Brian was very helpful. He gave us a lot of ideas and let us decide what to choose and before delivery he made sure everything will be ready and taken care of.

Michael,Mangione was very helpful in helping us to identify the appropriate technology to set up a home theater in our newly constructed home. He gave us advice that was appropriate and realistic. He,also followed up later. He set the scene for the technicians to do installation. Before my next major technology purchase, I would consult him again

The expert that came to my house was very knowledgable about stoves and refrigerators. He measured for both. Unfortunately, the delivery guys had a hard time getting the stove in the house. Some damage was done to the handle and top part of the cookstove. After they removed the door, they were able to get it in without a problem. Thankfully, I was compensated for the damage by the company. So I think the expert was good, it was the delivery guys who had a problem bringing it in.

I deal with PTSD and I needed plenty of help trying to figure what I needed. Decisions come really hard for me, Benjamin Abert came to my house to talk to me about my needs after moving into my house. He was polite, thorough, professional, informative and most of all he was very patient.

The consultant Dangelo was extremely patient with me and his EXPERTISE helped me reassure my son's trust that the TV we picked out would be best suited for him due to him being legally blind. My son LOVES TV, videos we are excited about getting it installed and a camera system Best Buy has always been very professional THANKS DANGELO

My consultant, Jonathan Carter, made the experience easy and enjoyable. He gave good advice. We made our purchases based on his advice. We are very satisfied with our purchases. He was available for minor troubleshooting after the sale, which was the second most important thing to us. He seems knowledgeable, honest, and interested. Give that man a raise!

We would highly recommend the team we worked with at Best Buy that helped us decide on our purchase of new televisions thoughout our home. Nick Brubaker was the best as always to work with in the selection of products and Jordan and his team did a fabulous job installing the new products and were very knowledgable and pleasant to work with, Everyone we worked with deserves an A+.

My in home consultant was Brandon, he had great communication, was courteous and helpful. Brandon did a great job of recommending exactly what I needed, he didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary or overpriced and answered every single question that I had. When it was time to order, Brandon was able to get back to me immediately and take my order over the phone and I was able to pick up my TV stand that day at the store. I had a really tough situation for mounting a tv and Brandon was more helpful than any research I had done on my own before the consultant.

I was purchasing a washer and dryer and he was very helpful in getting what I needed ordered. He was also very patient. I had an issue with my card since a new one was in the mail and he waited and helped me with everything. I really appreciated him!

I wanted verification that the OLED tv, amplifier, and 4k DVD player were all compatible and interoperable. Aaron was able to review the advantages and disadvantages of the three products to confirm they would work together properly to give me the best experience. He also helped me figure out how to leverage my resulting Best Buy rewards to purchase a refrigerator and dehumidifier.

Art has great knowledge of audio/video products and weighed my performance needs will extreme skill and patience. He is super professional, kind and made sure I did not upsell myself where it was not required. Highly recommended and I will be working with him again in near future for the next round of my A/V needs.

When my reciever went out we spoke to Gavin Smith our in home advisor to discuss which reciever would be the best. We have purchased all of our appliance and electronics with Gavin Smith. The Geek Squad tech Erik Kroehler came out with the new reciever. He was very knowlegeable and answered all my questions. Since the passing of my father, my mother has been residing with us. Also living with us is my 87 year old uncle who has been diagnosed with dementia. Vacations are not an option, so we decided to install a pool and bring vacations to our backyard. The sound system installed by your company made our home so much more enjoyable for our family. We also installed a Vivint security system in our home, along with Sonos speakers. A huge thank you to our advisor as well as the installation team for everything.

We had first contacted our in home consultant, Rommel, regarding a new stove and microwave for our home. Shortly thereafter our dryer stopped working and we needed a new one. I contacted Rommel in a panic to see if he could assist. AND HE DID. He looked up our previous model, fit us with the most appropriate dryer, and scheduled delivery and installation in less than 48 hours! Rommel is TOP NOTCH. We look forward to working with him again for our appliance needs.
