Literally - when the Sonos speaker I needed was backordered, I called the store, we had everything but the speaker! The advisor was already at my house doing other projects. Garrett drove up the highway in 35 minutes to deliver the speaker from the store! Installation went seamlessly. Just moved to a new home in April in the early stages of the pandemic. I waited for Best Buy to open because when they finally reopened, they got it done in record time and with courtey and great service!

our built in microwave oven system went kaput. the width of the built ins was the problem. manufacturers no longer have what we need. Linsey came to the house and offered viable options as well as offering the most simple solution. Simply going with a countertop microwave and continue to use the convection ovens as is. (only the microwave stopped working.) Ordered what we wanted and it arrived next day! She is the best!

The installation took longer than was allotted and our installer became frustrated by our questions. It was obvious he wanted to finish and get to his next job. It was not a pleasant experience for us or the installer! We had been told that our installer would be able to show us how to work the sound bar we purchased. But he didn’t want to and it became obvious he didn’t know how to do what we wanted. We bought the sound bar to help increase voices and decease background noise. In his defense he did activate something on the sound bar but it was not what we needed. First and foremost, he was not allotted enough time to do his job properly! Which meant he wasn’t able to install and help us lean to use the 2 TVs and sound bar. Also. we had been told that we would have a Geek Sqad installer but he was an independent contractor. Overall, everything was installed but it was not a good experience and left us with many questions.

Buying a new TV can be a very confusing process with so many types and brands available. After doing much research, I visited Bestbuy and met Tom McDonnell. He spent a lot of time with me and patiently answered all of my questions. He suggested an In-Home Consultation which was scheduled for the next day. During the consultation, I finally made my decision to order my new Sony. Tom made the experience very pleasant and personal. It was like buying a TV from a friend. I would highly recommend the In-Home Consultation for any type of purchase at Bestbuy!

Our home first needed a professional team that could assist us in thinking through the ideal scenario, configuration and setup of audio (with Sonos Amp, Sonos Port, Sonos Sub and multiple speakers - both Sonos and in-wall/ceiling) and video (ensuring we achieved “surround sound”) in two separate rooms. The Best Buy in-home service team was fabulous....knowledgeable, efficient, cost conscious and, from a technical perspective, excellent at helping us to arrive at the setup we desired.

Brandon was incredibly helpful! His has knowledge and insight into so many options...I wish I had made contact with him prior to todays consult...would have saved me HOURS of research on my computer! I understand why Best Buy has had him on the payroll for 16 years!!!

Awesome service and expertise. I walked away with more education across the products I was interested in, and felt empowered to complete my purchase. Jesse displayed true customer service by listening and anticipating what I may need. He also got to know me better which helped him make product recommendations that fit mine and my wife's lifestyle. We had a consult with Mr. Mackenzie and from the minute he came into our home he focused on our questions and concerns. He made us feel at ease and didn't mind any question we asked regardless how simple it sounded. He reviewed our home and made suggestions that would help, never rushed and before leaving made sure that he had addressed all concerns. He is a true professional and so glad that Best Buy offers this service.

Our double oven went out and we needed to replace it. Not wanting to go to a store to look for a double oven due to the pandemic we decided to try an in-home consultation. Our advisor showed up, measured the space and made recommendations to us. We picked out a double oven based on his recommendations and he set up the order, delivery and installation over the phone. The double oven arrived, fit perfect and works great! We never had to step foot in a store. We will definitely use this service again.

Nothing but excellent customer service and explained what he was looking for and at. Asked questions while listing to what has been happening the last year to the Dishwasher. He is a excellent associate representative of Best Buy. I have and will continue to recommend Best Buy to family and friends of this kind of customer service.

I am always skeptical about “in house services” however, I must say...Nick at Best Buy Knoxville is literally like talking to family. I trust him in my home, I trust his advice, and now that we’ve installed 6 Eero WiFi/mesh network Pro units...I’m ready to take our home to the next level- the WORLD OF SONOS!!! I know this sounds cheesy, but as a 42 year old “techy”...Nick brought the old school into the NEW! I appreciate you buddy! Thank you fir becoming part of our family. DP

We needed a new TV with surround sound mounted on the wall. The BB expert was extremely helpful and supplied excellent products. The installer was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and completed the install seemlessly. I am very pleased

We needed help finding a trefrigerator to fit the space in our kitchen. Zach was helpful in finding just the right appliance. We had a difficult experience with the delivery of the refrigerator. Again, Zach was always there to help us work it out. Without his support. I might have cancelled the purchase.

Andrew has been fantastic! He has been helpful and patient at every point helping a DIY project that had some clearly complex constraints. Andrew was knowledgeable and helped formulate multiple options when coming up against a roadblock. I could not have done this project without him.

The consultant Dangelo was extremely patient with me and his EXPERTISE helped me reassure my son's trust that the TV we picked out would be best suited for him due to him being legally blind. My son LOVES TV, videos we are excited about getting it installed and a camera system Best Buy has always been very professional THANKS DANGELO

I wanted aTV for the living room of our new home with a sound bar and great wifi. Terry was a tremendous help in selecting what we needed and was aware of the neighborhood limitations. He was pleasant, professional, knew his stuff and helped us get exactly what we wanted. I would refer him to anyone without reservation

Matt Sparling, my In Home Advisor, was outstanding!! He handled everything from the purchase (LG 55” OLED TV) to the delivery to the installation... START TO FINISH!! He was patient and answered my many questions. He did NOT try to oversell items I did not need. We discussed my wants and selected the best product for my current situation as well as future products. Matt was professional, understanding, pleasant, humorous, and did NOT talk “above” me ... he talked in words I understood. VERY pleasant experience. I would trust Matt with my future purchases.

We are older and know nothing about electronics. Robert was so friendly and patient and extremely knowledgeable. My husband must have asked him a million questions and he patiently answered them all. I can’t say enough about Robert. You are lucky to have him. He was amazing. He made sure we could operate the tv and apps before he left. I needed a microwave but didn't have the measurements when I was in the store. No worries, the Best Buy employee assured me as he scheduled a free in-home consultation for me that week. The agent came to my house, took the measurements and showed me the options on his computer tablet. We picked out one according to my specifications. The whole process took about 10 minutes. It was fast, easy, and so very convenient!!! I absolutely love this option that Best Buy provides. It takes the hassle out of the whole process!
