Home theater consultation was completed and after waiting 8 weeks for the installation day I received an email the day before my appointment suggesting it needed to be delayed because all products were not yet available. The salesmen did not return my email or call. The morning of the scheduled installation the team called to share that they could indeed complete some of the work but not all of it. I took a rare personal day off work to be able to be home for the installation, targeted 8 weeks in advance, and Best Buy could not deliver the full product on time. The installation crew was terrific and found a temporary replacement for the one missing piece of my original $5,000 order. Although the original salesperson never contacted me directly (after 3 emails/calls) he did relay to the installation crew to apologize and took a small bit off the bill. The installation team was unable to complete the setup due to the missing piece not arriving until a few days later. At this time I had to reschedule another appointment to have the last piece (a receiver) installed and connected to existing speaker wires. Not to be overlooked, Best Buy billed me in August yet could not complete the promised installation in late October. While the products I do have are satisfactory, the lack of ability to fulfill an outstanding obligation of service to a more than patient customer is disappointing.

The Staff that came out and installed my washer and dryer were helpful but the consultation i had before my install measured to make sure everything would fit and open with enough space and it didnt work that way when the men came to install i bought a stackable unit but i had to do side by side bc i was told it would fit and it didnt,i was disappointed i have a very small laundry room so stackable was to save space now i have no space bc i had to do side by side

On time, very courteous, took care of our needs knowledgeably and easily! Was in call for us until project was finished.
