Initial review of existing equipment in support of the new home theater system was not thorough, Needed to get a new cable box from Comcast to support the Sony and a Roku device, as my Amazon Fire stick was not compatible with the remote. Also a $100 charge for furniture assembly was left on the bill, even though we assembled the cabinet ourselves. Repeated phone calls to correct problems and update system to the sales rep and Geek Squad member were left unanswered . Once I had the Cable box and Roku in hand, I had to contact Best Buy myself for an appointment. When the Geek Squad came out they swapped the cable box, but could not program the Universal Remote Control, saying only one person was proficient in that. At least, they made the appointment. When the next Geek Squad came out, they told me that I had the wrong Roku, so I had to buy one from them. Everything finally seems to be working now. I'm not too happy with the cost of the URC, but was told that Logitech is no longer making remotes. I wasn't told that they said that they would continue supporting them.
