Please tell customers about the frame control box.

We have to get a contractor to come out and put a hole in the wall to hide the control box. If we knew this in advance, we would have had a contractor come out and prepare the wall before they hung the tv. Now we have an ugly cord hanging off the bottom of the tv. It looks very unprofessional.
