Everyone in the process was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The recommendations in the initial consult were honest and helpful. The installation crew was kind and respectful, quick, helpful, and improved recommendations from their experience that I couldn’t have done on my own.

So far so good. Sales and installation went thru beautifully. Our salesmans' recommendations made our home theater a wonderful experience. Wifi also works well in all areas of our home. Tech team worked quickly and efiiciently makingvsure all was up and runnung before they left.

This is a great service. We were in the store trying to figure out which washer and dryer pair would fit best in our house. The salesperson suggested BestBuy would send a consultant that would figure it out for us. Glen Balagna came to the house, took the measurements and went to the store to verify that the washer lid had enough room to open given an overhanging cabinet. He then wrote the order and it fit well when delivered.

We needed help in possibly upgrading our home theater. Jeff was wonderful going through all the options. He helped tremendously in enabling us to come up with a plan. He also responded quickly by phone when I had followup questions.

This was a big project for me, but the Best Buy crew simplified this project and got everything hooked back up. I thank Drew for making everything go so smoothly.

The consultation was great as the options were presented very clearly with pros, cons, and recommendations. Consultation to order to installation were clear, professional, and easy. Highly recommend and will request Joe in the future.

When we met with our consultant, he was very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided honest input on the different products. He also made the scheduling and delivery options easy. We hope to use Scott again when we make another purchase. The television has been great and just what we wanted.

Alexandria reassured me that my appliance choices would work if a certain installer was ordered. She followed through and requested that installer for me. She was right. He worked magic and got everything to fit.

We needed help with security cameras. Nathan G and co worker came to install security system. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. They explained in detailed how the cameras, internet and TV were going to work. Had a slow WiFi and were advised to get a faster WiFi and we did.

My overall purchase was awesome. I was leaving work when my mom called and told me she saw a refrigerator in my price range of course I couldn’t make there in time. However I was able to make a payment over the phone on that Tuesday and my refrigerator was delivered that Thursday. I am so satisfied and love my new fridge!!! Thanks Best Buy

Austin Eads was our in home advisor . Like that days of the past Austin handled everything . He helped with selection of out TV without pressure following up with above and beyond help with an open box dishwasher which is awesome . Our new Samsung 75 inch TV is amazing and with Austin’s help our home theater has never sounded better .

Jay helped me with my purchases of Monogram appliances. My renovation was delayed with my contractor, but Jay was always present. He assured me that Best Buy would hold on to my appliances until my renovation was ready. He made a difficult situation easy, and I highly recommend business with Best Buy. Exceptional service and products.

Derek did a great job with my TV installation! I ordered a new receiver for my sound system and he assisted in getting a new DVD player and woofer to make sure the system would be the best it could be! He took time out to go to the store to pick it up! He did a great job showing me how it all worked together after it was installled, I love it!

Having the in-home consultation via phone was OK as we realize it's difficult to cover everything without seeing what tech we had and where it was, etc. Followed the recommendations...and the tech guy arrived to install (cutting the cable) and could not provide the service that day as we had the "wrong" mesh network and needed another satellite (Eero). Another piece of the puzzle (Roku Stick) had not yet arrived. The install was rescheduled, the incorrect mesh package returned, the replacement ordered, and the ROKU stick arrived later that day. This is not meant to bad-mouth the consultation, but wish it could have been more thorough to avoid a 2nd scheduling, etc.

I needed help to update televisions and their locations in my house, and select and incorporate a new sound system, to include the ability to play favorite albums. Adam helped me to determine what I needed and the confidence to make appropriate selections. In spite of being somewhat of a technophobe, I've enjoyed using the new systems.

Brad Lee did an amazing job. We have a new house with a den & wanted a good tv for it & he answered every question we had. There’s a lot of light in the den especially during the day & he made the best recommendations for us & a week after the consultation the tv went on sale.

Adrian was very patient and helpful, but he was not able to install the Apple TV streaming device that Alfredo had ordered as part of my complete home entertainment center. I was unable to sign up for an Apple account. I am currently using the Smart TV as the streaming device, so the installation is not complete.

We needed help finding a trefrigerator to fit the space in our kitchen. Zach was helpful in finding just the right appliance. We had a difficult experience with the delivery of the refrigerator. Again, Zach was always there to help us work it out. Without his support. I might have cancelled the purchase.

Didn't even realize Best Buy offered this type of service until one of the salespeople mentioned it to me in the story. Was exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased that Anthony was assigned to help. Very professional, and responsive to our questions. Has also followed up on the installation and stayed in touch to assure we are satisfied.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful support we have received from David Williams. As our consultant, he took the stress and second guessing out of the equation. We have worked with him on two projects so far and there are absolutely no regrets. Thank you David!
