Feedback on new equipment installation

Still having problems after our follow up call today to resolve issues still outstanding from initial hardware/software install of 2 smart TV's. Will probably need another follow up to resolve. Keeping a list of issues. Technicians do show up on time and really appreciate your appointment/technician status updates on day of appointment.
