This product was not very useful for me and kind of a waste

I previously was a big fan of Best Buy. Recently, service has gone down. I have been attempting to resolve Best Buy customer service deleting my Total Membership Subscription after they merged it. I pay for a membership i can’t use. Have been at it since December. Also, the memebership does not cover installations any longer, reason “people would become memebers for installs and then cancel.” Don’t know why you would remove that service to long time memebers, they are not cancelling.

awesome that you get 3 months free. this I great for storing photos without keeping them on your phone! and its automatic. don't have to remember to back up your items!

I used to be loyal to Apple, but after many years of bad customer service, connectivity issues, and failing (expensive!) electronics, I finally gave up on them. I know Apple is trendy and "cool," but dont fall for the gimmick. They're inferior to just about all of their competitors.

This is one of the worst Apple products I’ve used. It keeps on shutting off and unable to do software updates. Keep on closing the applications. Do not recommend to anyone. It has so many software issues. I tried to reset the system so many times still doesn’t work.

Received as part of promo. Only for new or returning subscribers. Since we are Apple One subscribers, no value to us.

Pretty much useless offer. Who wants to sign up for 3 months and have to pay for it afterwards. Wish Bestbuy would offer something more practical or lower the price on its products instead.

Too many bugs in desktop app, backup sync feature also messed up. Costs more for same storage than google drive.

Didn't get to redeem this one because I'm already subscribed to additional storage, more than that provided for the 3 months here. FYI if you're doing the same.

It's fine... If you're an apple user with all things apple, it's great. If you use another platform (android and windows) it might be better to use google drive or dropbox.

Apple - Free iCloud+ for up to 3 months. iCloud+ is a great service. I liked how easy it was to use and helped me clean the space up on my Apple devices.

I like iCloud but it’s a bit pricy to pay every month. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay extra storage when I pay for a phone that has a higher storage space.

Its convenient. If you have an apple product that you save files with or open files with then what better way to store them than apple icloud?

I cloud is a ripoff. The one thing I hate about Apple. They charge way to much for storage.

Cloud services are an ever expanding and ever usefule tool, so of course I will recommend this to others. Great value and great product!

Won’t let me use the free promotion because I had an existing account. In my opinion, that’s ridiculous and capitalism at its finest. I buy a nearly $3,000 laptop, and I don’t get the promotion. Honestly outrageous. iCloud itself I don’t have an inherent issue with.

Love the laptop! Very unhappy with the customer service from Best Buy though. Days after the return window closed , the price went down $200. I contacted Best Buy (I bought it literally 3 weeks ago) and they wouldn’t price match. We spend thousands of dollars at this store a year and are loyal customers!
